The hotel looks a bit dated, but it is very clean and has spatious, bright interiors. With the exception of the AC unit which looked beat up, our room was also very clean and cozy, with a full set of amenities. Elevators made scary screeching and clicking noises as they seemed to struggle up, but there is a nice saltwater indoor pool to relax in after a long day of hiking and a free breakfast buffet in the morning. Overall, a very positive experience.

Booked the room for my son who was attending a workshop with a colleague. They called me the morning after their first night to say they could not stay at the hotel. They said the hotel smelled of mildew and when they turned on their AC it also smelled of mildew. They slept the night without AC. We had booked for 3 nights, only stayed 1 with no refund for the other 2.

There are connecting rooms, and I could hear every word the neighbors said very clearly through the closed doors as well as their crying toddler at 10pm. The doors connecting the rooms allow all sound to be transmitted between the connecting rooms.

This hotel has a terrible refund policy. I accidentally booked the wrong date, called the front desk and a nice gentleman told me they had rooms available for tonight and transferred me to a supervisor. She said no refund was available unless I booked a week in the future, and I could not change my mistaken reservation ( in 20 days) for tonight even though the hotel had availability. I am a Hilton Honors program member and that did not help either. I am very disappointed and will not be using my membership again, or staying at a Hilton Hotel. Now I have nowhere to stay unless I pay the full fee again for tonight, and will only get a refund if I book again a week in the future from today. Bad business, bad costumer service ( except for the front desk young man who was very polite and empathetic).
