Cons: The heat blows FREEZING cold air for 20 minutes before finally switching to heat. Temp in room would fluctuate between 67 and 72. It's quite uncomfortable. Also, there's also not a lot of sound deadening between rooms and the elevators make unnerving sounds.

With the exception of the AC unit which looked beat up, our room was also very clean and cozy, with a full set of amenities. Elevators made scary screeching and clicking noises as they seemed to struggle up, but there is a nice saltwater indoor pool to relax in after a long day of hiking and a free breakfast buffet in the morning. Overall, a very positive experience.
