Additionally, while bath towels were consistently replaced, fresh washcloths were often not restocked daily, which is a basic expectation for hotel housekeeping. Finally, the staff interactions were generally poor. A few staff members were genuinely friendly and helpful, but the majority seemed indifferent or unfriendly, which only compounded the feeling that service was minimal. Final Verdict I came away feeling very disappointed with my experience. The issues with noise, cleanliness, amenities, and staff performance collectively made for a poor stay. This was a clear example of a low-value stay where the disappointment far outweighed any perceived savings. I would advise management to urgently address maintenance, cleaning protocols, and staff training.
