  Snowed in from work, tried to leave to get food since no delivery options available, and the hotel snacks are slim picking , asked for a snow shovel and was just told no. No other options offered. So I had to call for a tow. Haven’t seen a plow come through yet. Not sure if they have the lot cleaned or not.

  Only hotel in the city my company uses it major snow storm no plows one snow blower residential for. Hotel , snow removal equipment just sitting there not being used to clear property very unacceptable for a major hotel . Hung up on several times when calling front desk to ask when they will have plows clear the property as i have to leave at 4am . Only hotel in the city but if you have other options consider. The franchise the owner should not even be in business if he’s not maintaining the property I’ve never stayed at a hotel that did not have plowing of the parking lot and a snow removal team throughout a storm honestly, it was a damn shame.

  This is a definite 5 star experience for this type of hotel. The hotel is updated, as well as the rooms. It is in a good location, is reasonably priced, has large rooms with everything required for a few-night sleepover. The rooms have microwaves, mini-fridges, great bathroom with a nice shower with never-ending hot water. The bathrooms are stocked with Dove (Nice!) moisturizer, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The room also has a desk, a 3-drawer dresser, and an armoire to hang clothes, hooks for hanging jackets, a king size bed, a love seat, plenty of electrical outlets and USB ports to use and charge your devices. And of course a wall-hung 42 inch television. I had an issue with the microwave not heating upon my arrival. I called the front desk after my late-night Sunday check-in, and maintenance replaced it immediately. The housekeepers are fantastic. I returned to a reset room after each work day, complete with full towels and refreshed bed linens. Breakfast each morning, along with all day coffee, and a snack pantry. The fitness center is open 24 hours and has everything required for cardio and strength training. There is a guest laundry room, and a water filter station to fill up those water bottles. Plenty of free on-site parking, and It's less than 10 minutes away from grocery stores and great restaurants. There's even a Dunkin Donuts 6 minute walk from the hotel. I will be staying again when I return to Fall River, MA.

  I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express Fall River North. The young lady at the front counter was beyond nice and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. My room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable—exactly what I needed after a long day. The complimentary breakfast had a solid variety of hot and cold options to get the day started. It’s in a convenient location with easy highway access. I’d definitely stay here again!

  The property is supposably a smoke free zone but our room smelt like a fresh pack of Marlboro reds. The bathroom was a complete mess with dried boogers on the TP roll and a brown poopy ring in the middle of the tub. I was only staying for one night and I couldn't even make it with how bad the smell was. Also none of the channels worked on the TV there was no connection. Do not recommend
