Book this hotel last minute on my way north, just stayed overnight. It took a while to check in despite that I had booked online prior to arriving. The room was clean and comfortable. Had no issue. They need to improve signage. i walked around for a while to find the pool.

Overall quiet, off the beaten path, however no exhaust in bathroom and there was black mold on the ceiling.

The stay was fine but the service was horrible and was nearly impossible to contact anyone at the facility for information

A Highly Disappointing Stay: My recent stay at the Holiday Inn in Falls River was unfortunately a case of "you get what you pay for," leaving me extremely disappointed with the overall experience. While the exterior of the property was adequate, almost every other aspect of the visit fell short of standard expectations. Location and Noise Issues The hotel's location proved problematic. While the immediate surroundings were acceptable, its proximity to a major highway meant constant, loud traffic noise, which significantly impacted the quality of sleep. Furthermore, being located immediately next to a cannabis dispensary felt like a major downfall, contributing to a less-than-ideal atmosphere. Outdated Rooms and Poor Cleanliness The rooms themselves were visibly outdated and in need of major refurbishment. More concerning than the decor, however, was the cleanliness. The carpets were dirty. It was clear that the housekeeping standards were not up to par. Service and Inconsistent Amenities The attention to detail in room servicing was lacking. The permanent bottles provided for body wash, shampoo, and lotion were not checked and became empty. Additionally, while bath towels were consistently replaced, fresh washcloths were often not restocked daily, which is a basic expectation for hotel housekeeping. Finally, the staff interactions were generally poor. A few staff members were genuinely friendly and helpful, but the majority seemed indifferent or unfriendly, which only compounded the feeling that service was minimal. Final Verdict I came away feeling very disappointed with my experience. The issues with noise, cleanliness, amenities, and staff performance collectively made for a poor stay. This was a clear example of a low-value stay where the disappointment far outweighed any perceived savings. I would advise management to urgently address maintenance, cleaning protocols, and staff training.
