Rooms- heat wasn't working in the first or the second room. This room had heat but a failing fan that was running rough or entire stay.
Restaurant/ bar- be prepared to ask for service. Had to disturb the hostess who was too occupied on her phone and sitting out of view. Had to seek out a menu and no ketchup bottles available.
Facilities- pool non functional.
As someone who works in hospitality, I always try to see the positives in any establishment I enter. That being said, the room - while a bit outdated - was quite comfortable.
The Market area was well-stocked, but it would have been nice to have the hours of the Market posted somewhere. I wanted a soda at 9pm one evening, but didn’t realize the Market area closed at 8pm.
My biggest concern here is the staff of the restaurant. The only positive experience I had was with the evening bartender. The other staff - for breakfast, especially - were cold and unwelcoming. Since the hotel is tucked off, it’s nice to have the option to have dinner at the hotel, but the staff doesn’t seem to appreciate the business. If they were friendlier, I would have definitely given this stay 5 stars.

The room temperature upon arrival was at 66 degrees, and the thermostat was set for AC - in November?? Changing the thermostat to the heat setting, I noted that the upper limit was maxed at 73 - could not go any higher. So, it took a long while for the heat to reach something remotely comfortable.
There was, what I believe to be, a mouse in the room. Why would I say this? I left popcorn crumbs on the floor that I planned to pick up in the morning. However, by morning, all of the crumbs were gone!
Lastly, there were two water bottles in the room with Hilton Honors tags on them that read, "Diamond, Gold &Silver members - just a little thanks from us! Enjoy two free bottles of water on every stay. All Other Guests: $3.00". I would have added an image of this, but Google keeps throwing an error. So, Hilton members get two bottles of water that likely cost less than $.50 each (Google Pure Life water), whereas non-Members have to pay a high price for a cheap bottle of water. So, if you're not a Hilton member, you get charged what I consider a very high price for a cheap bottle of water.

Very disappointed. I been a loyal Gold/Diamond customer for years but this is one of my most in memorable experiences. It was a chilly October week and when I asked why the heat wouldn’t turn on, they literally told me engineering won’t turn it on for another few weeks!
I went down again to ask and they said it again. That said some colleagues had heat, so it is what it is, but not great.
First hotel gym I ever been to with no water fountain, really?
Very disappointed and do not think I will return.

The one star is solely for the 2 staff members I interacted with and the fact that the hotel is close to Legacy Place and the commuter rail.
I came in late (10:30 pm) and checked-in via the app. Digital key didn't work so went to get a new one. Room was on the first floor, which is actually a ground floor (lobby is on the second floor). The gyms, handball rooms, and pool (I think) are down there and it certainly smells like it. Was put off by the smell/sticky air but was also exhausted and decided to let it go. Got into my room and found it had both a door to the room next to it and a door to the outside terrace. I also didn't like this, but just moved the loveseat in front of the outside door and let it go because I was just so tired. Went to shower - the bathroom floor was super sticky and there were several spiders in the tub. Again, I tried to let it go. I travel with Lysol wipes, so wiped it all down and laid towels down on the floor. Showered and got ready for bed. It was incredibly warm in there and so I was messing with the air con (which wouldn't kick on) and TWO mice ran across the room and behind the entertainment center. At this point it's midnight, but now all the things are too much for me to just let it go.
Run up to the front desk and tell the attendant what happened and that I want a different room on higher ground. No questions asked, no surprise, no apology - moved me to the 3rd floor to a room that was, admittedly, much nicer. This overall behavior led me to believe this is common, which is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel in generally, but especially for one as expensive as this one.
Only other complaint is that the walls are so thin they might as well be curtains. Could hear my neighbor take a teams meeting, open the package to brew coffee, and zip up her bag. The next night a bunch of kids filed in and played video games until 11ish. I couldn't afford to just find a new hotel so I toughed it out, but would never stay here again and would not recommend it.
Although breakfast is included I couldn't handle the thought of eating anything from there, so I got easy to prepare things from Whole Foods in Legacy Place.
