    Located just off the 90, easy to get to. There are restaurants and gas stations nearby.

    Although we experienced a few minor issues during our last stay, I want to give special recognition to the front office manager, Luis, who truly went above and beyond. He took the time to address our concerns and followed up in a timely and professional manner, which made a big difference. As for the hotel itself, we did notice a stain on our comforter. However, it is a hotel, these things can happen, and the front desk was quick to replace it. Other than that, the room felt really clean and well maintained. We also had an issue with excessive noise from the room next to us late into the night. As soon as we contacted the front desk, they responded quickly and handled the situation right away. While our stay wasn’t perfect, the staff did everything they could to resolve each issue promptly and courteously when brought to their attention. That level of care and responsiveness really stood out. Would I recommend this hotel? Absolutely.

    Stay away from room 115. There is a gap at the bottom of the door that is almost an inch between the floor and the bottom of the door. Also, the room must be adjacent to a boiler room or something because at 4:45am it sounds like a C-17 going through its engine start up procedure. I know we’re close to Westover but damn, I didn’t know I was sleeping on the flight line. I woke up looking for my M4 and ruck.

    I can't complain about my experience at this Hampton Inn. The parking was free, the room was clean and spacious, and the majority of the staff was friendly. The finishes were updated, and everything worked as it should. The pool area was heated and clean, the breakfast had variety and a waffle maker. When we got there, there were spots of blood on the sheets (small, easily missed, everything else was meticulously cleaned), and when we called the front desk, the staff was horrified and came over to give us new sheets immediately, even offering to change them for us rather than have us change them. They were very helpful during the whole interaction, and it made me feel like if I had an issue, I could rely on it being resolved with quickness and kindness. Everyone at the front desk was friendly, though one of the housekeeping staff did knock on our door at 9am on checkout day and scold us for sleeping so late lol, which made us laugh.
