I’ve been staying here with my company in one night in the room my air conditioner broke understandably in the moment it could not be repaired at 4:30 am But the front desk girl was very nice and brought me a large fan not only that the hotel manager, Anita was amazing to deal with and reassured me. The issue would be fixed before I return from work that day upon arrival to my room I noticed they replaced the entire air conditioning unit and the wall unit that controls it. I cannot praise the maintenance crew, front desk, and manager enough for understanding and taking my complaint seriously and resolving the issue so fast. Not only that I highly recommend this hotel due to its cleanliness, the renovated bathrooms and the very comfortable beds.
