- JJJannaelMar 25, 20263.0We needed to stay here for only 8 hours to rest before our next flight. They said there was a $100 early check in fee so we paid it. Then they gave us a room that the ac didn’t work. It was making the loudest sound we couldn’t sleep. They said they would refund us and she made it seem like we we would get $75 off but then when we got the front desk she said that isn’t what “she said” and we only got $25 off. Personally I think if they wanted us to come back they should’ve given us our entire early check in fee back for the bad experience. Overall not a good experience and I wouldn’t return here. Bad customer service.

I happened to be one of the guests stuck at the hotel during the blizzard, and I’m truly grateful I was there. Despite the severe weather, the hotel remained in excellent condition throughout the storm. All services were fully available — from breakfast to room service — which honestly surprised me in the best way. The outside areas were cleared every 3–4 hours, keeping the sidewalks and entrance safe and hazard-free for all guests. The front desk was staffed at all times, and the entire team remained present, professional, and attentive. I wasn’t expecting this level of service at a Holiday Inn, and I’m genuinely impressed. The hardworking staff deserves to be recognized and celebrated (maybe with free pizza! 😂). God bless every one of them. I’m truly grateful and will definitely be back. I love this area!
