  This is a great little hotel in a quiet part of town with excellent access to public transportation. I happened to be one of the guests stuck at the hotel during the blizzard, and I’m truly grateful I was there. Despite the severe weather, the hotel remained in excellent condition throughout the storm. All services were fully available — from breakfast to room service — which honestly surprised me in the best way. The outside areas were cleared every 3–4 hours, keeping the sidewalks and entrance safe and hazard-free for all guests. The front desk was staffed at all times, and the entire team remained present, professional, and attentive. I wasn’t expecting this level of service at a Holiday Inn, and I’m genuinely impressed. The hardworking staff deserves to be recognized and celebrated (maybe with free pizza! 😂). God bless every one of them. I’m truly grateful and will definitely be back. I love this area!

  No free breakfast, though.And that was unusual for a holiday inn. But all service and amenities were great.

  Rooms are up to date. One small window opens 2 inches. It looks like the window next to it used to open but they replaced it and its all cloudy-like so you cannot see through it. Front desk people were pleasant enough. The rooms appeared clean. There is no air ventilation in the bathrooms. There is a small square vent on the ceiling but did not appear to be working because the room quickly filled with steam from the shower. Also if you have to use the toilet do not expect the fan to suck up any odors. The minute you open the door everyone will know exactly what you did in there. They have a little walkway that does around the hotel called the Mill Creek walkway. It’s almost entirely covered in goose poop. They have a bar and a restaurant. But they haven’t been open in two years. The pool water was never changes the 4 days I was there so I did not use it.

  I was impressed from the door! Beautiful decor and ambient. Rooms are spotless and very accommodating. Location is great as far as proximity to EVERYTHING. My rate was more than fait for a king suite on NYE!!!! Parking was tough. Very safe hotel!! You need a key card to even enter the elevator and it only works on your floor!
