If I wasnt so tired and already annoyed I would have gone to stay elsewhere. As a guest be prepared to spend $30/night to park/ flying out? It’s $100 per night to park. I used Expedia to book and I always use the airport shuttle and airport parking filters. There was NO mention of a fee anywhere I could see and I look for this as I travel Often. 830pm on a Saturday night we arrived to bar being closed and not even a bottle of water for sale anywhere- I haven’t seen that not in a hotel in years! The reason I didn’t give one star- the beds are decent- so if you want to spend $200 for a decent bed lose to the airport, this works, you want anything beyond that- go elsewhere

It happened to be my birthday so I asked for a room upgrade. (All rooms are standard, but I was allocated a nice quiet room overlooking the 'marshes' & facing away from the road, so pretty quiet.) I was really pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a delicious tin of biscuits, assorted goodies & a signed card. Really thoughtful! Thanks guys!! Good value!

The mattress, the sheets and the pillows 10/10. Shower pressure 8/10. Each room has a microwave and fridge which is a rarity these days! Ac/heating is not the best/not highly responsive in each room but it's comfortable.

Very disappointed!! They told us that parking overnight was $10 and told us to enjoy breakfast in the morning. I noticed days later they charged $30 for parking and $19.25 for breakfast. They left me on hold and never picked up. They still owe me the rest of my deposit back. Very upset!!! They rob you!!!

Acknowledging that I’m unfamiliar with hotel rates in the Boston area, I’m still left wondering why I had to pay $370 for one night at a suburban Boston Holiday Inn. Granted, it was close to Logan Airport and to people that I was visiting, but it didn’t feel like a good value. Overnight parking was an additional $30 (and the first time my car was ever dinged), and if I wanted breakfast, $18 more. The room decor was drab. When sitting at the desk, there were noticeable scratch marks in the grasscloth wallpaper. The bathroom had a quarter-size hole in the flooring, and the mirror had noticeable desilvering around the edges. After showering, in order to not have to listen to the relentless drip of water onto the metal band on the floor of the shower stall underneath the showerhead, I had to place a towel over the band to dampen the noise. That only worked until the towel itself was saturated. To make the drip actually stop, one would have to turn the faucet so far that one would fear that one would actually break it. In addition, there was a large hole in the ironing board pad cover. The message waiting button on my phone was blinking upon waking, but the retrieve message feature on the phone was inoperable. I attempted phoning guest services several times for assistance, but the line was always busy. I mentioned this at check-out, but the only clerk at the desk was pre-occupied the entire time and barely made eye contact. Am I unreasonable in wanting more for my money, especially in light of either IHG or this particular establishment not allowing me to use rewards points to defray the expense? I was expecting a much better overall experience, and I would have been a repeat customer since friends live in the area.
