  What a joke of a hotel. 115$+ for a night and the pool is only open from 8am - noon..so the pool is only open for 4 hours and only first thing in the morning before check in. Thats the most insane pool hours ive ever heard. Canceled our second night to go stay down the road. With small children this is the #1 thing they look forward to. HA to add onto that the next morning tried to use the pool within the alloted time and they said that it won't actually be open until 8:30-9 because the lifeguard is late. So less time 🤣

  Hotel its self is nice. Wish they had longer pool hours. Also someone in a neighboring room was harassing me pounding on my door saying she called the cops and the front desk on me even tho I did nothing wrong and only left the room to grab breakfast. Front desk never reached out and chips never showed. They should make a rule where you cannot harass other people in the hotel because I think the lady was just insane. She even has some dude pounding on her door (509) at 11pm at night that woke up my toddler. Was thinking about staying another night but after dealing with the crazy lady I didn’t feel safe to stay.

  Very friendly staff and nice amenities. Hotel seems a little old and could use some updating but that's not a reason not to stay here. Beds were comfortable and clean and the complimentary breakfast was nice and changed slightly each morning. The pool had confusing operating hours but was clean. If we come back into town in the future, I would definitely consider staying here again.

  Rudest, most aggressive employee I've ever encountered, completely ruined our stay and management offered no customer support but to allow employee to threaten us. Our group was screamed out, threatened to be kicked out and call the police for cheering after a touchdown. There were ALSO MULTIPLE other people NOT with our group watching, and we had only been there for ONE HOUR. I can understand if someone had asked us to quiet down, however, there was zero warning. The employee was aggressive, unwilling to have a conversation and our group was forced to leave the lobby with no consideration. We were completely shocked. This was the ONLY night we had planned to relax at the hotel as we had had a very busy schedule with early morning plans the previous nights. I can understand trying to balance all guests needs, however, our needs were ignored the situation was not handled appropriately or respectfully. We had been respectful during our stay and had not had any issues prior to this event. We pay MORE than the individual customer and did not deserve this kind of treatment. Do not take groups if employees don't know how to work with them. Any complaint prior to us cheering was due to other people before we even got there, which the employee would have known had she any customer service skills. Think twice before bringing a group here. Very disappointed.

  Don’t stay here if you’re hoping to have an enjoyable experience. We traveled from Chicago for a hockey tournament and were extremely disappointed by how we were treated. At 9:30 PM, several of us were watching the Bears vs. Rams playoff game in the hotel lobby. It was not quiet hours, and no warning was given about noise. When we cheered after a touchdown, the front desk employee came in yelling and abruptly turned the TV off with less than 10 seconds left after the game was just tied. Again—no warning. She then told us that if we weren’t in our rooms within 10 minutes, she would call the police. We were treated like children. She blamed our team for disruptions the previous night, even though we had early games and were not involved (and there were multiple teams staying at the hotel). When we tried to explain, she stated she “didn’t care” what we had to say. This situation was handled extremely poorly and unprofessionally. Because of this experience, we will not recommend this hotel to future teams and will not be staying here for our next tournament.
