  Stayed here two nights with three young kids and wife. All was good until the fire alarm started loudly chirping in the middle of our first night there (the type of chirping that would signal low battery). I called front desk who made some calls and ultimately said maintenance couldn’t come in the morning and our only option was to get a new room (he also admitted that this situation isn’t uncommon). Since there was no possibility of sleeping through it we had to relocate across the 4th floor at 2am with our kids aged 6, 3, and 5 months old. Needless to say I was not too pleased. They “upgraded” us to a two bedroom (which we didnt need) and otherwise offered nothing in terms of discount or anything else for our troubles. Even contacted the corporate email who gave a weak apology and nothing more. Outside that, the rooms were fine, as was breakfast, cleanliness, lots of parking, etc. But the fire alarm situation really was quite inconvenient. Do not understand how there’s not a regular schedule to replace batteries before it gets to that point!

  The room was amazing and well maintained. Mr Yash, the Front Desk Manager was super friendly and knowledgeable. Big shout out to the Housekeeping Staff who were really sweet and polite.

  Came here for my anniversary, and the hotel was beautiful. It was very clean. When you walk in get a warm welcome from the front desk. I spoke with yask, the front office manager and he was friendly and very helpful. And anyira the house keeper supervisor and she was very friendly and welcoming also. The rooms are very clean and homey like. And they have an amazing breakfast with a lot of different choices and they have a social mon - wed from 530 to 7 and offer appetizers and drinks which I've never experienced at any other hotel. I recommend this hotel for anyone and everyone that wants to experience a like home get away that's clean and offers great food and has a wonderful staff of come here.

  Lots of renovations happening but the staff works reasly hard to keep everything clean and orderly. Front desk personnel are amazing and very kind . I plan to stay here again over other places because of the staff.
