I spoke with yask, the front office manager and he was friendly and very helpful. And anyira the house keeper supervisor and she was very friendly and welcoming also. The rooms are very clean and homey like. And they have an amazing breakfast with a lot of different choices and they have a social mon - wed from 530 to 7 and offer appetizers and drinks which I've never experienced at any other hotel. I recommend this hotel for anyone and everyone that wants to experience a like home get away that's clean and offers great food and has a wonderful staff of come here.

- SSseyongJan 27, 20261.0During my stay from January 21 to 23 at Staybridge Suites Boston – Burlington, I encountered a serious safety issue. While taking a glass from the kitchen cupboard in my suite, I found a large, sharp piece of broken glass inside it. Photos are attached. This is a serious safety failure. If I had not noticed it in time, I could have been seriously injured. A glass containing broken glass should never be stored as a “clean” item. Basic safety standards were not met, and this issue requires clear explanation and corrective action. This experience was alarming and unacceptable.
