- ALAmy LouiseJan 29, 20261.0I stayed at this hotel for nearly a month with no issues, paid full price every night, worked daily, and followed hotel policies throughout my stay. I was never warned, written up, or spoken to about any concerns during this time. After being told I needed to leave briefly due to a 21-day policy and that I could return, I made a new reservation. Upon arrival, I was denied check-in and informed I had been placed on a “no rent” list based on an incident at a different hotel nearly a month earlier. That incident involved a brief attempt to help someone charge a phone, which escalated despite repeated efforts to have them leave, and was not a pattern of behavior during my otherwise issue-free multi-month stays. This decision was never communicated to me during my stay, despite booking rooms every few days for over three weeks and having no problems at this location. Being informed only upon arrival after being told I could return was extremely disruptive. Additionally, many advertised amenities were unavailable during my stay: The business center computer and printer never worked despite daily assurances they would be fixed Complimentary breakfast quality declined significantly Full nightly rates were charged throughout ongoing disruptions I felt I was treated differently due to my appearance and temporary housing situation, despite being a paying guest who worked daily and caused no disturbances. The lack of transparency, inconsistent policy enforcement, and sudden denial of service after weeks of paid stays was deeply disappointing. I would urge management to improve communication, fairness, and accountability—especially for long-term guests relying on stable accommodations.
