    I thought I lost my camera and I was wrong these nice people had to see me have a panic attack for zero good reason and I thank them for being nice about it

    I did not want to leave an unfair rating given I ultimately did not choose to stay here, so I felt as if 3 stars was the most non-damaging rating. While, reading through the reviews, I noticed someone mentioned not being allowed to bring a friend that they were visiting back to their room to share a meal, and had to eat with them in the lobby instead. Consequently, I called to confirm. The person I spoke with informed me there is a no guest policy for the hotel, which prompted me to not book here. I respect this decision given the reason described to me, but I feel as if something like this should be stated on the website and all third party websites prior to booking given this is not a norm amongst hotels.

    The experience is really bad. They overcharged me by 20 yuan, and I don’t know where that charge came from since I live alone.

    UPDATE: respond to the manager that whole statement you just made is false. I recorded the entire room before I left. You charged my card a $100 fee not $50 bc your agent lied to me. First it was $50 then she said $100 and then she said $150? You called me a liar as if I didn’t call ahead of time. I don’t owe $250. You are being malicious. I have video proof. I couldn’t even take a shower bc the water was brown and I have photos of this! So pls, I would like you to show me the over flowed bathtub and damage to the carpet. You are. Terrible manager and honestly that’s why your stuff acts the way they do, ofcourse I was upset bc I was told one thing over the phone and another in person? Why would I lie about calling up about a dang deposit? Lol also I recorded out phone call of me telling you about the tub aswell as when the shower first shot out brown water I have a recorded call of me telling the girl at the front and pictures. So please feel free to email me proof and I will GLADLY pay 250! Oh wait you don’t have any bc you just made a false statement!!! I really can’t believe you just lied like this to save face! You’re hotel is filthy, it stinks and the water was brown!! The lady at the desk told me that I have to let the water run for 10min bc of the rusty pipes??? Like what?? That is contaminated and I will be contacting the city regarding this issue at this property. That is not safe at all. The staff was very rude. The girl at the desk told me a $100 deposit and then tried to charge me $159 after I was told $50 for incidentals over the phone. The manager came out yelling at me and calling me a liar? Also the girl was such a hitch and had a nasty attitude for absolutely no reason… The rooms smelled like mildew and old people. Not to mention me and my friend couldn’t even shower bc the water was brown j unfolded pictures. I was not accommodated either. Disgusting staff and hotel

    Never staying here again. The older lady was so rude and intrusive. They knocked on my door and there was like 5 of them standing at my door, I told them I didn’t need my bed cleaned cause it had only been a day since we got there. They said that we put a sign on the door saying “make bed”, I explained to them that my husband must have put that up by accident when he left this morning (he meant to put “do not disturb”) the ladies just stood there staring at me like I was lying, it was like they wouldn’t take no for an answer. I felt very strange, like I did something wrong. Not very welcoming people at all. Don’t recommend.
