  The staff was very rude. The girl at the desk told me a $100 deposit and then tried to charge me $159 after I was told $50 for incidentals over the phone. The manager came out yelling at me and calling me a liar? Also the girl was such a hitch and had a nasty attitude for absolutely no reason… The rooms smelled like mildew and old people. Not to mention me and my friend couldn’t even shower bc the water was brown j unfolded pictures. I was not accommodated either. Disgusting staff and hotel

  They dont clean rooms everyday which is fine by me, but my hair dryer was busted

  Never staying here again. The older lady was so rude and intrusive. They knocked on my door and there was like 5 of them standing at my door, I told them I didn’t need my bed cleaned cause it had only been a day since we got there. They said that we put a sign on the door saying “make bed”, I explained to them that my husband must have put that up by accident when he left this morning (he meant to put “do not disturb”) the ladies just stood there staring at me like I was lying, it was like they wouldn’t take no for an answer. I felt very strange, like I did something wrong. Not very welcoming people at all. Don’t recommend.

  We had a reservation on a room for 4 and when we arrived were charged an additional $20 per person for our kids. Then the room had only 2 towels, hair all over the bathroom floor, not been vacuumed, ac that didn’t work, rust around the bathroom door and a terrible smell. Bfast room was way overcrowded with furniture that was too big for the space meaning families had to eat standing up in the lobby. We usually have had great ext with Best Western brand hotels and although this looked new and clean on the surface they need new housekeeping and better disclosure of rates- for $209 we could have stayed at a much nicer hotel.

  1st encounter: Lady at the front desk was rude and very obnoxious. Not once did I disrespect her, she yelled at me for riding my bicycle in the parking lot. 2nd encounter: She nearly accused me of stealing from the concession stand after I was waiting so long for her to finish a phone call to purchase a drink. I put the drink back and she ran after me checking me down. 1st encounter with manager: I was also told I had to move my vehicle from a parking spot close to the building where I reversed in, to a spot across the parking lot. Just horrible experience from management and the front desk lady. I felt racially discriminated from the start, even getting checked in. I was asked if I smoke and I advised the guy checking me in that I didn't and never have, yet over and over I was told I couldn't smoke in the rooms or near the building. Not even in your vehicle near the building what I was told when I was forced to move from the parking spot. Reason why when i asked "because of previous incidents, people backing into the building, people smoking in they cars and smoke smell going into building". I don't smoke and never have. I will sleep in my car before I stay here again.
