I had a great experience at this hotel. The restaurant was amazing as well. The only thing I just wish for was if parking was not that expensive especially for diamond members. But other than that, everything was great.

The hotel was not what I was expecting. It was much smaller and located on a side street that seemed rather sketchy. It is located right across the street from TD Garden, so if that is important to you, this is the place. The other tourist destinations are within a 15 to 20 minute walk. The room was decorated nicely, and had a nice kitchenette area. The bathroom was tiny and the furniture and carpet were worn or damaged. The room was clean. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the restaurant breakfast service was extremely disorganized. We had a long wait both days we tried to get breakfast and one day we even waited over an hour...so maybe skip that. All in all not a bad experience, I would say it was fine, but not more than that.

Stayed here for a night while i was in town for a Bruins game. This place is right across the street from TD Garden, so that made it great! The valet service was excellent, and the girl at the front desk was nice, and helped me out with a few situations and made everything smooth. Also great walking distance to North end where all the great Italian restaurants are. as well as Paul Revere house. Not too long of a walk across the bridge to see USS Constitution and checked out the Bunker Hill Monument since we were in the neighborhood!

Our room had a toilet that was not completely bolted to the floor so it was wobbly. Bartenders left a lot to be desired as they were more involved with their friends that were there. Location was amazing as we were there for a bruins game. The windows in the room did nothing to kill the street noise, but the blinds made it black as night in the room.

Had to sleep with pillows on my head because to 2 bars/clubs next to the building playing god awful loud music every night It is quite pricy for what you get. (Small bathroom, no breakfast and loud neighborhood) But the service was great! The people behind the desk were very nice! I would choose this hotel again but only for just 1 night.
