Tuve un problema y cuando llamaba me ponian con diferentes supervisores en total hable como con 10 supervisores distintos y aun asi no me resolvieron el problema causado por ellos mismos y uno de ellos me falto el respeto. No recomiendo este hotel por nada!!!!

I’m giving this Holiday Inn a 2-star review based on my recent stay. The front desk staff were okay and polite, which I appreciated. However, my experience was negatively impacted by a very unpleasant encounter with a cleaning staff member on the 3rd floor around 10:15 AM. The phone in my room was not working, so I couldn’t reach the front desk. I was heading down to report the issue when I saw the cleaning staff member and tried to ask for assistance. Unfortunately, she showed no intention of helping and did not make any effort to assist at all. Her attitude came across as very unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. It was honestly surprising and uncomfortable, and at times it even felt discriminatory. I always try to treat staff with respect and professionalism, so this interaction was disappointing and uncalled for. Because of this experience, I can only give this hotel 2 stars.
- MGMeredith GraceApr 2, 20262.010 minutes from the airport, can’t beat that. had to stay here in a pinch after a flight got delayed. expensive for what it is but it served its purpose. however, my room was situated right under a very bright outside light, and the blinds did not close all the way. nearly impossible to get any sleep. bed creaked incessantly all night too.
