The ONLY place to stay in Boston. The staff are impeccable, the CLEANEST hotel I’ve ever stayed in, the most warm and welcoming environment. The staff know your name after a day and remember what you tell them. The coffee shop is the BEST coffee in all of Boston (coming from a 5+ year Boston resident). Sasha and team are INCREDIBLE. Hands down best experience of my life. Will be back again and again and again! THANK YOU FS STAFF!!!!!! 🤍🤍🤍

I stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel Boston for a short trip, and overall it was a comfortable but fairly standard luxury hotel experience.
The location is probably its biggest advantage. Being right across from Boston Common made it easy to walk to nearby shops, restaurants, and a few tourist spots without needing transportation. That convenience saved a lot of time.
The room was clean and quiet, with a classic design that feels a bit dated in some areas, but still well maintained. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well during my stay. Nothing felt particularly modern or flashy, but everything worked as expected.
Service was polite and professional. Staff were helpful when needed, though interactions were brief and not especially memorable. Check-in and check-out were smooth.
Amenities like the pool and gym were decent, but I didn’t spend much time using them. The lobby felt calm but also a bit formal, which may or may not suit everyone.
Overall, it’s a solid choice if you want a reliable stay in a central location, but it doesn’t stand out as particularly unique compared to other high-end hotels.

1000% wonderful experience, how will we ever go to another hotel? Every single member of the staff was professional, friendly & did their jobs well. Any questions or requests were taken care of immediately. We had a suite that was lovely & had plenty of room. The pool area was sparkling clean & well stocked, as was the entire hotel.
In the morning they have free coffee for guests downstairs, there is also food to go but not complimentary. We had the fruit salad which was good. There are so many terrific restaurants within walking distance. Try Contessas, but make a res!
The location is fantastic! We lucked out with a sunny weekend & ended up walking around the Boston Common & Public Gardens ( great people watching ). If you’re not familiar with Boston weather, always bring an extra jacket & scarf for when the wind blows in off the Atlantic.

We had an incredible stay! This hotel is definitely a place I will stay again, we came in for the prep game of the world cup, and what an amazing experience! It is a kid friendly place, with amazing amenities, nice surprises for all the kids staying there, and the staff was very attentive, to Socrates at the front desk, Amy, Jalen, Alejo in guest services, Miles, Orion, Gretchen at breakfast we were treated like royalty. My Son got to meet the players, got signature of his idol and will remember the stay at the Four Seasons Boston for the rest of his life. I want to express my most sincere gratitude to all the staff that made this experience so memorable and special! Thank you so much to all of you! It was again incredible! We will be back for sure and if you think twice about booking this hotel, just click book now and you will not regret it! AMAZING! THANK YOU!
