  Stay was perfect. Only for a night but the staff was amazing, in room dining was prompt and delicious. The concierge set everything up perfectly before hand for a great stay. The complete staff were friendly and wonderful.

  XV Beacon is a lovely property with a welcoming staff that stands ready to help at a moment's notice. The hotel interior and room furnishings are warm and elegant. My stay exceeded all expectations. I will happily return and look forward to my next stay.

  XV Beacon feels like slipping into a luxury Beacon Hill manor: cozy, historic, and ultra-elevated. Every detail is intentional. The oversized towels, cashmere throws, furniture, and in-room fireplace created a level of comfort that felt residential. The bathroom had a Toto washlet which was so great, and a bath salt menu that made a great relaxing evening. I had to work for a full day in the room during my stay, and for the first time ever, I was excited to work from a hotel room. Between the fireplace and the plush seating, it felt like working from a sophisticated living room rather than a guest room. Dinner at Mooo… was another highlight, friendly bar service, good group sitting at the bar, the best lobster bisque in the city, and, to my delight, a delicious non-alcoholic sparkling Riesling! Very few places offer NA wine by the glass, and it was so good, I was so grateful! My favorite detail was “Beacon the Burner,” the stuffed dog that came with the room! It was whimsical, comforting, and perfectly on brand for a hotel that leans into its residential charm. It’s those small touches that make XV Beacon feel special. It was a truly stunning stay. Warm, polished, and memorable in every way. Thank you XV Beacon Hotel!!

  The rooms were fantastic, I can't speak highly enough about the in room fireplace and the cashmere throw blanket. Makes for an amazingly cozy atmosphere. Chase Edit benefit recognition was done well here. Received a multi tier upgrade, food credit for the attached steakhouse, and excellent room service breakfast in the morning. Street noise was not an issue, even on the 3rd floor. Turn down service the evening we checked in, while we were at dinner, was a very nice and unexpected touch. All the staff were extremely professional, polite, and helpfull. I can't wait to go back some day!

  Our annual mother–daughter trip to XV was nothing short of perfection. From the warm welcome to the early check‑in surprise, every detail made us feel like VIPs. The room was a dream—spacious, spotless, with a cozy fireplace and the most cloud‑like bed. The concierge nailed every dining recommendation, breakfast was delicious, and the complimentary luxury car service was the cherry on top with each driver being kind & informative - always willing to go the extra mile. The Doormen and staff were personable, never robotic, which set this hotel apart from its 5‑star peers. My daughter, who has stayed at some of the world’s most prestigious properties, ranked XV in her top three. That says it all. This isn’t just a hotel—it’s an experience. We left refreshed, inspired, and already planning our return. Thank you team XV BEACON!
