The fire starter dudes got a little irritated by our requests so that was uncomfortable. They offer fire set ups until 10:30pm but after the second request they seem annoyed. Which I get, but don’t offer it if you aren’t going to be willing or happy to extend the service. Everything else was fantastic. Really appreciated Rudy and Anthony - they were so lovely, kind and hospitable to us. Brunch at the lobby restaurant was also excellent.

Do you charge a resort/destination/facilities fee?
No, we do not have any hidden fees, nor do we charge any of these types of fees. The only fees on our rooms beyond any incidentals you might charge to your room are local city & state taxes. All of our guests have equal and complimentary access to all of our amenities – from our locally roasted coffee and tea in the mornings to our 24/7 fitness and business centers to our high-speed WiFi. When you’re here, you’re taken care of.
What credit cards are accepted?

Does The Lenox offer parking?
We do! Valet parking is available at $45 daily and $70 per night per car with unlimited in-and-out access.

The hotel is dog friendly and permits dogs 50 lbs and under at a one-time fee of $75 per stay. We have a two dog per room limit. Please just let us know before arrival so we can make sure we are ready for our four-legged guest too. While your dog may not be left in your room unaccompanied, dog sitting services may be available. “Green space” is available just two blocks away on Commonwealth Avenue. Yes, if shipping five or fewer packages, The Lenox can store and process your packages without charge. If you are shipping six or more packages, a $25 storage and handling fee applies.
