  Always a staff member opening and greeting you at the door. They took our bags early, the process was very smooth. Front desk was super friendly and helpful no matter what time: they called asking how our room was once we got up, brought us water bottles, and had maintenance come over when our TV wasn't working right away. Our rooms were clean, bathroom was spotless, beds were comfy, loved the thick curtains, and small amenities around the room (coffee, slippers, hangers, towels, bathroom products, hairdryer). 10/10 would stay again!

  Our stay at The Godfrey Hotel Boston was nothing short of extraordinary. From start to finish, this was hands down one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The manager’s customer service was truly unmatched. He went above and beyond anything we could have expected. Knowing that my sister had recently graduated as a Registered Nurse, he personally took the time to decorate our room to celebrate her accomplishment. Walking into a beautifully decorated room was such a thoughtful and emotional surprise — it meant more to us than words can describe. On top of that, he generously sent a bottle of champagne, which made the celebration even more special. This level of care, attention, and genuine kindness is rare. This is what top-notch hospitality looks like. You can tell that the staff truly cares about their guests and takes pride in creating memorable experiences. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance — shopping, restaurants, and so many Boston attractions. We barely needed transportation because everything we wanted to do was just steps away. The restaurant next door was also fantastic — delicious food and a great atmosphere, making it incredibly convenient after a long day of exploring the city. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation and will be recommending The Godfrey Hotel Boston to everyone I know. If you’re looking for a hotel that delivers warmth, exceptional service and goes above and beyond this is the hotel for you.

  We stayed here during Thanksgiving and had a great experience overall. The location is excellent. It is very convenient to the subway, Chinatown for dining, and the Duck Tours, all within easy walking distance. Although the room was not very large, it was well equipped and thoughtfully laid out, which made our stay comfortable. What really stood out was the service. Every time we entered or left the hotel, there was always one or two doormen warmly opening the door for us. In the cold Boston winter, this thoughtful gesture made us feel truly welcomed. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

  I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Godfrey Hotel in Boston, and I must say, it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The location is simply perfect, situated right in the heart of the town center, making it incredibly convenient for exploring all the major tourist attractions, bars, and restaurants, all within walking distance. Upon arrival, I was impressed with the spaciousness of my room. It was well-designed, though I did find myself wishing for an extra chair for comfort. The bathroom was equally spacious and clean, adding to the overall luxurious feel of the stay. One highlight was the complimentary tea and coffee service, which made for a cozy start to my mornings. While the gym is small, it is efficient and well-equipped for a quick workout. The staff at The Godfrey Hotel deserves a special mention,they were consistently friendly and welcoming, enhancing the overall warm atmosphere of the hotel. I appreciated the flexibility of late check-out, which was a major plus for my afternoon flight. The building itself is modern, and the contemporary design carries through to the rooms, creating a stylish environment. Adding to the convenience, there’s a delightful coffee shop next door, Brew Coffee, which serves some of the best coffee in Boston. Overall, my stay at The Godfrey Hotel was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and friendly place to stay in Boston.
