A little gem tucked away but close to a lot of great options. Check in took long, only one agent and there were 6 people waiting. Hosted a small group in the restaurant. Brad and Juan was awesome! Great food and service! Thank you.

While I have absolutely no way to prove or verify the valet did anything, I left three gift cards in my center console when I valeted my car overnight. When I went to recently use them, one card was missing and the other had a very low balance. I am positive I hadn’t used either card, and when I checked the transaction history of the gift card that had the low balance, the two transactions on the card occurred on the day of my stay. I can only suppose the valet stole the one card and skimmed the number to the other card. There’s no other explanation of how one went missing and the other was used on the day of my stay, especially since I know I didn’t shop at that location on the day the card was used. Regardless, the valet was downright rude when dropping off the car, and for $67 a night, I would expect better service. Even though the hotel was pleasant enough, I wasn’t impressed overall, especially for the price. I like Hilton, but this one was incredibly disappointing.

It’s the service that makes a hotel. Traveled with 2 kids and could not have had a better experience. Juan and the other bartender (red head) went so far above and beyond for my family. They were just genuinely kind to my children. As a mom, staying at a hotel can be stressful. This wasn’t and it was totally thanks to the staff.

Lacklustre service. I found a roach in my room the first night and informed the staff, and nothing. Laundry service is advertised as daily. It is not daily on weekends. Please remove that from your printed advertising. I took my laundry elsewhere so I can have clean clothing for the work week. My colleague informed me about the nightly credits a week into my stay, and when I asked the front desk staff why this was not verbally disclosed to me at check-in, she informed me that I should have been aware of my entitlements via the Hilton Honors app. They falsely charged me valet parking for several nights too.

The hotel is in a beautiful historic building and located in a great part of town, just a short walk from North Station, TD Garden, and plenty of great restaurants. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. If you are driving, be prepared for valet-only parking at $67 per night plus tip, with no self-parking options nearby. To make matters worse, the valet service does not start until 7 a.m., so if you need to leave early, you will have to retrieve your vehicle yourself. The staff were polite but seemed inexperienced and somewhat disengaged. I often saw them on their phones or chatting rather than assisting guests. My room was small and described as “historic,” but that charm came at the expense of comfort. The table barely fit a laptop, and the bed was overly soft, leading to several restless nights. The on-site restaurant has a limited food menu but does offer some good drinks. Another frustration was that the shower took nearly ten minutes to heat up. Overall, while the location and building have a lot of potential, the experience does not justify the price. I would likely stay elsewhere next time.
