Its downtown, its loud, have to be aware of your surroundings. Hotel is on a busy street and its noisy ALL night long. Super convenient location, small restaurant inside is quite good. Location makes it great.

Had an amazing night starting off with parking with valet then the NEXT morning we’re checking out and asking for the car… some how our tire is completely flat mind you they had our car the WHOLE night and some how the driver side tire was at 0, had Bianka at the bar and she was amazing!! valet drivers flattened our tire while we stayed at the hotel and her service still managed to turn that into a fun experience 10/10 will be BACK FOR THE BARTENDER.

Ideal location as close to north station if you want to go to Salem. Hotel was clean and staff really nice. The only negative I would say is the noise of other hotel guests. We could hear everything our neighbours were doing in their room as the walls were paper thin. Also lots of slamming of doors. Can’t fault the hotel apart from that.

This hotel was awful. The heater didn’t work, so we were freezing the first two days, until the heater was fixed. The rooms do not have blackout curtains. The people in the room next to us were extremely loud. They would congregate outside their room in the hallways loudly. The hallways have a musty smell. The hotel staff were not helpful. We signed up for their rewards program, and were told the benefits include late checkout. But the late checkout was not available to us.

I had a such an amazing time visiting Boston for the first with my wife and the entire Hotel Indigo staff were super friendly, helpful and courteous! Blake's restaurant (attached to the hotel) has amazing food and our waitress Bianca provided us with excellent service during breakfast :-) I truly could not have asked for a better experience and my wife and I already trying to see when we can come back to visit 😊 Thank you Hotel Indigo team for everything!
