Excellent Location and Outstanding Service My family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, every staff member we encountered was genuinely kind and welcoming. The valet service, front desk team, and restaurant staff all went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable and enjoyable. The location is truly unbeatable - just steps from the causeway entrance to TD Garden, and less than a 10-minute walk to State Street, Quincy Market, and the Wharf area. It's an ideal spot for anyone wanting to explore Boston on foot. Our room came equipped with convenient amenities including a mini fridge and in-room coffee maker, which we appreciated. The on-site bar and restaurant made it easy to grab a meal or drink without leaving the hotel. While some rooms may show their age, ours was clean and well-maintained with a nicely updated bathroom. For the price point, this hotel offers excellent value, especially considering the prime location, thoughtful amenities, and exceptional service. We'd definitely stay here again on our next visit to Boston!

Nice hotel in a great location. Lot of good spots all within walking distance. They were upgrading an elevator while I was there so sometimes it was busy in the other single elevator. The bathroom in my room was by far the best once ive had in a hotel in years. Bed was comfy and the room large. The only downside I had was I could hear everyone else. Guy next door woke me up non stop coughing, people rolling luggage down the hall, and shower going upstairs. Might want some earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Don't plan on sleeping in during your stay. The amount of NOISE here is unbelievable. You may be jarred awake by metal clanging on the street below, or at 3am by the beeping and thunder of garbage trucks, or by the cleaning crew banging around in the room next door, or by people yelling. It is clear they did zero sound proofing whenever they converted this old building into a hotel. The layout is odd and the rooms feel stale, like an old studio apartment without a kitchenette. The bathroom is small compared to the room size, and the shower faucet needs an instruction manual — it took 5 minutes to figure out how it works. Yes, location is great and employees are nice. But there are plenty of places to stay downtown for a comparable price that I'm sure offer a better stay. I wouldn't stay here again.

The front desk staff were frequently absent from their posts. Also, I stayed three days and reminded them twice to clean my room, but they still didn't. The only thing I was satisfied with was their proactive handling of my request for two beds.

We recently visited Boston for the first time ans stayed at Hotel Indigo. We came to Boston for a Bruins game (TD Gardens acrossthe street), visit local tourist attractions such as Cheers, Boston Common, Chinatown, Seaport Christmas Market and Little Italy. The hotel was a great location for all of these. We also used Uber to check out Harvard University and The Encore Casino which were a $20 Uber ride or less. There is so much alternative food offers within a couple blocks from the hotel. Hotel Indigo and the team are great. If your looking to visit Boston for a game I highly recommend you make Indigo your hotel.
