The bed was comfortable and the room was clean when I checked in. The lady at the front desk was very nice and even allowed me to early check in so I could get settled in right away. The price for the location isn't too bad either cause you are a short walk to the Seaport area. Would probably get a room here again next time I visit Boston.

Plastic cutlery and paper plates, moldy bread. Worse eggs. No unpaid late checkout. Sry, never again for me.

Lost our $700 a night suite & was put in downgraded rooms, that weren’t adjoining so lost access to all staying together for a friends birthday. Lack of urgency & lack of care. Water was leaking through light fixtures & inside my bed.
