Eso me Encantó 👏. Los recepcionistas siempre atentos con salida y rostros agradables. La Señora del área de breakfast muy amable y atenta a cada área para suplir o mantener aseado y siempre con saludo amable. La señora de limpieza también muy atenta y responsable, siempre son un saludo apropiado y eficaz en su trabajo. Felicito a la gerencia, su equipo es destacado 🙌👏🏆

I definitely appreciated all their services to make the stay a good one. Plus you'll enjoy the coffee machine for sure.

Some fixtures could use some updating but everything is functional. The room was clean and didn't have any odor. There were some people waiting to check in when we arrived but the receptionist took care of things pretty fast so we didn't really have to wait long for our room assignment

When we arrived the receptionist told us we should have booked through some third party site and although she could see in her notes from their official site that we needed parking that did not count and she could not honor it. She did give us parking at almost $100 over our quoted price. She made it sound like it was our fault and we had done something wrong. They should get their websites and affairs in order or at least be friendlier about the miscommunications. Especially when you're jacking the price up on someone. It wasn't a good experience and we won't likely stay here again because of it
