    The hotel is a solid choice for a discounted stay near Boston. The room was clean and comfortable. The Blue Line T is a 10 minute walk, so it was about 30 minutes to downtown which was great. Short shuttle or cab ride to the airport. TIP: Only a few train stops to Maverick which has lots of local bars and pubs and Lewis Pier which has the BEST view of Boston. Parking was $20/day but plenty of availability. Our room was about half what we would have paid for a similar hotel downtown.

    Ich war nicht im Hotel da mein Flug ausgefallen ist. Der Grund für meine schlechte Bewertung ist der Hotelservice wirklich schrecklich ich habe lange schon nicht mehr einen so schlechten Service erlebt!!! Ich habe wie ich das Hotel gebucht habe um ca. 16 Uhr eine allgemeine Frage geschrieben. Dann als mein Flug ausgefallen ist habe ich 2-3 weitere Nachrichten geschrieben. Eine Antwort erhielt ich am nächsten Tag um ca. 8 Uhr morgens. Also bitte ihr habt eine 24 Stunden Rezeption und dass ist für mich nicht verständlich. Natürlich kann man nicht immer am PC sein aber dass geht wirklich nicht. Als ich dann die Nachricht erhalten habe habe ich gefragt ob ich noch eine Nacht buchen könnte und gleich einchecken kann. Ich wollte ein pasr Stunden schlafen und duschen ich war echt fertig. Die Antwort war ja es sei kein Problem ich könnte kommen. Ich habe dann 45 Minuten auf den Shuttleservice gewartet. Der übrigens 2x an der äußersten Straßenseite vorbei gefahren ist! Als er dann endlich stehen geblieben ist war er sehr unmotiviert und unfreundlich da habe ich gesagt nein ich fahre nicht mit mir hats gereicht. Habe dann geschrieben dass ich nicht komme und der Shuttle zu lange gebraucht hat. Die Antwort war dass ich besser anrufen hätte sollen wegen den Shuttle. Ja genau ich habe am Vortag angerufen ewige Warteschlange. Ich bin nicht aus Amerika ich zahle doch nicht bis zu 20€ für einen Anruf. E-Mailadresse habe ich keine gefunden. Sehr schlechter Service!!!

    Location to the airport and the shuttle to the airport were great, easy check in and extended parking. The room wasn't properly cleaned, there were a lot of sticky things near the coffee station which was gross because what else didn't they clean properly?

    I was greeted by a rude, front desk employee who barely acknowledged me. She then proceeded to tell me that all rooms were sold out even when I showed my confirmation number on HH app. I then discovered a cancelation fee was charged once I got home. I was then ghosted by the manager. As a diamond member I traveled many Hiltons and this is by far the worst service I ever experienced. This is not a reflection of the brand but here at this property.

    I travel a lot and stay at hotels often. I have noticed a decline in customer service in a lot of the hotels. I was very happy with the service I received at this Hilton. The front desk staff really went above and beyond. Shuttle picked me up and dropped me off at the airport, and also dropped me off at the car rental after I checked in and got settled in to pick up my car, and also picked me up from the car rental after I returned my car and back to the hotel the night before my flight. They went above and beyond! The room was clean and comfy.
