For the price and the distance from main Boston, it is amazing. My partner and I enjoyed our stay, and if we were to return to Boston, we would for sure go back to this hotel. The staff is very friendly, and there are free shuttles to Seaport, Quincy Market, Prudential, etc, which came in handy for us. Love this hotel.

I arrived on Wednesday 11/5/25 At about 1:30 PM being A Hilton honors client I had checked in the day before choosing my own room and opting for a digital key check in was not until 3 PM. The best person when I asked about a room and my reservation told me that my room was not ready yet, but she would gladly move my reservation to another room that was and I was in the room minutes later I’ve stated Hiltons And many other hotels, and occasionally a Hampton Inn I was surprised at the size of the room the cleanliness the options available to me as well as The Greeting on the TV screen with my name.Every employee That I had any type of interaction with was extremely polite. When we checked in, I was also given Bottle of water. A little later in the afternoon, I received a text asking me if I was satisfied with everything and I continue to receive text every Several hours to wish you my satisfaction. Location was pretty good neighborhood a little sketchy the enthusiasm of the staff the comfort the cleanliness certainly super seated that. Best experience ever at a Hampton Inn and I have always been satisfied before.

I've stayed here many times over the years and have always had a good experience. Rooms are clean, staff is attentive and friendly, pricing is fair for the area, and there's garage parking and complimentary breakfast, plus a nice restaurant on site (Dona Habana). I know some folks have expressed concerns about the neighborhood, but I've never felt unsafe, especially since I follow standard or basic safety tips anywhere I travel to. Overall, I think this is a great hotel in Boston!

This hotel has an amazing customer staff. The rooms are very nice and spacious. The breakfast service was on point…great selection. I felt very comfortable staying here. There is a great shuttle service that takes you to and from the city. The next time I come, won’t need to rent a car. The location is close to medical center, where it did get a little noisy with the sirens at night, but what was so cool about this hotel is that they provided ear plugs in the room. Now, that is stellar service. I’m from NY and I have never received earplugs for free in a NY hotel. Plus, I had a small mishap with my parking, where they were able to resolve for me. This was my first time in Boston and I had a great stay at this hotel during my visit
