Very comfortable and clean
Parking is very close two minutes walking distance
I was very appreciative of the bed that was comfortable and I would say on the first side, which I always prefer
The only thing there was a lot of sirens in the morning. It didn’t bother us, but for the sensitive ones it might the hotel provides earplugs.
Also, I wanna say that my partner enjoyed the war pool
And I really appreciated it as well the ability to connect Netflix from our devices.
Also, last thing we never felt unsafe during our stay there.

Unsuccessful scam attempted by hotel staff (receptionist):
1) At the time of Check-in without telling anything the receptionist swiped my credit card and attempted to collect the payment towards hotel bill that was already fully paid online at the time of hotel booking, i.e. second time payment. I was fortunate that the payment was declined due to the limit set for safety.
2) At the time of Check-in, safety deposit payment was swiped twice by receptionist without my knowledge. After my complaint the hotel manager accepted mistake and process the refund.

Always clean. Always friendly staff. I stay here twice a year on my cross country visits to Maine/ Texas families and won't stay anywhere else. Period. There aren't many convenient shops nearby. Several food places do deliver, however. But go prepared with convenience items like tobacco or travel accessories. Definitely recommend.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Boston and overall had a good experience. The hotel itself was very clean, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was satisfying, the room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable.
The location was convenient in terms of transportation—there’s easy access to buses, and the line 1 can take you directly to Boston Common, which is very convenient.
However, the neighborhood felt a bit unsettling. There were a lot of unusual people hanging around near the hotel/hospital, which made the area feel a little uncomfortable. This was the main downside of the stay.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its comfort and amenities, but be aware that the surrounding area may feel a bit sketchy.

It was a bit loud outside, and the TV didn’t work at first, but I was able to adjust the HDMI cord and get it working. Room was clean, morning breakfast good. I didn’t use any amenities. The front desk people were very kind.
I did notice unhoused people nearby. They were outside the hotel area and not causing issues, and security was present. I walked from the garage to my room around 1 a.m. and felt safe.
There is a nearby hospital, so there is foot traffic to and from the garage throughout the night, which explains some of the activity. Overall, I felt comfortable during my stay.
