I think 3 stars is appropriate. The front desk is cold and unhelpful to the point where we didn’t expect them to help with any of our issues throughout our stay. Good breakfast, poor location, nothing within a half a mile.

We had a great time at the hotel. Everybody was very nice and helpful. We stayed three nights during our visit to Boston and we couldn’t be happier. The room was clean and spacious with all the amenities we need. Staffs was extremely helpful at check-in and throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom had a sliding door with no lock which was annoying. There was a well stocked store with drinks and snacks in the lobby. There was a large selection for breakfast but none of it was very good except of course the waffles. The waffles were good. There was coffee and tea available all day which was convenient. The pool was small but well maintained and there were plenty of clean towels. Very nice harbor view. It was walking distance to many attractions including the aquarium. However it was a bit far from the seaport district.

Excellent hotel, nearby was a ship building company and they have incorporated ship building onto their design. I have stayed at this location 8 times and always had wonderful experiences.
