This hotel is exceptional—one of the better Four Seasons I’ve stayed at. The staff truly stand out: the front desk team (special thanks to Casey and the whole crew) were outstanding, the front door staff were incredibly welcoming, and the bar team was first-rate.
If I had to mention one small critique, it’s that the pool is indoors only—but that’s really just nitpicking. Overall, a flawless experience with top-notch service throughout

Does not honor freedom of speech. Super rude front desk staff. They didn’t give me the room key after 20 minutes of waiting despite it being 5:30pm and me giving credit card and passport. Instead they insisted upon their political beliefs and refused to apologize for their poor service. Great place if you are into politically correct passive aggressive behavior. Was unable to speak with manager dispute 7 requests. Note I stay over 200 nights a year in hotels and this is the single most entitled hotel staff I’ve me. recommend Mandarine.

We had such a great stay at the Four Seasons. The staff couldn’t have been nicer; everyone we met was welcoming and helpful. The Vault, which offered complimentary snacks and drinks, was a really fun touch, and my kid loved it. What stood out the most, though, was how great they were with children. They went out of their way to make my kid feel included and special, which made the trip even better for us as a family.
The location is perfect too, right by the Public Garden and an easy walk to shopping and restaurants.
The only downsides were that the restaurant dining wasn’t anything special (and your only other option is in-room dining), and the room temperature was tough to get comfortable. Not dealbreakers, but things to be aware of.
Overall, the service, family-friendly touches, and amazing location more than made up for it. We left with great memories and would definitely stay here again.
