  Only negative charged 75 bucks to check in early at 830 am when room was available. Never had that happen as a gold high honor member. Room and staff good . Waitress named Josephine performed truly heroically keeping her pleasant cool while doing the work of at least three people on a busy Saturday night.

  What nice hotel in a big city has ONE server for the whole restaurant on a Saturday evening? Stood at the podium like idiots for at least 15 minutes ignored. Can't blame the one server I guess. Management should be ashamed.

  Neat location, friendly staff, shuttle to Logan Airport right door .. Great value place to stay that has it all in Boston MA. Thanks to Kevin who made our stay the best experience ever. The omelet guy is talented...yum hot breakfast too with way way more than you would expect.

  Valet parking was full and I was told to go park in economy. It was after dark. I am an older female unfamiliar with the area. I asked for points from the front desk for the inconvenience. Nothing. Will switch to Marriott after years with Hilton.

  We stayed here the night before flying out of Boston airport on vacation. The room was big enough for our family of 5 (2 adults, 2 kids and 1 baby) to fit comfortably. A crib was provided for the baby. Great location. 24/7 shuttle to the airport. No shuttle from the car rental drop off, if you prefer to drop your car off the night before a flight, but it was a 3 minute walk from the rental return to the hotel. Daily breakfast was provided but we left before it started. The shuttle to the airport was big, we had about 10 people total on ours and we even brought the baby in her stroller and everyone fit perfectly with room to spare. Great stay, would definitely use this hotel again.
