Our hotel is an ideal location directly at Boston Logan International Airport, just six minutes from the terminals. We offer 24 hour airport shuttle service, along with transportation to the MBTA Blue Line, and the Water Taxi. The MBTA Blue Line Subway is also only a seven-minute walk, getting you to downtown Boston attractions like Faneuil Hall Marketplace in 10 minutes. We offer suites, free breakfast and a daily complimentary reception.

- KHKarli Hall3 days ago3.0Pro's: indoor hot tub and pool were clean and HOT :) Pool towels were well stocked. Breakfast is fresh and plenty of options. The made to order omelet station was PERFECT. Lunch- they have a small selection of sandwiches, starbucks coffee, bakery items and pizza/flatbreads. Dinner- get the flatbreads!! Waitress was Awesome. Very attentive and friendly. Valet Staff - super friendly. Room was clean and smelled good. Cons: Front desk staff is not so friendly or welcoming. No instructions or "guidance " offered at check in about anything, but especially things like restaurant hrs, wifi, things to do in area. Etc. The standard hotel check in stuff. Same when we went down later to ask where pool was and to purchase items from. The mini shop. $60 Valet parking cost that is not mentioned before booking. No other options for parking either, so you have to use them if you have a car. Lunch- they were out of half of everything on the menu and the price per item is high! Room- we were on the 10th floor and paid extra for that room. TV volume in main living area would not get above a whisper so we couldn't use it. Shower water needed 10 mins to heat up, but once it did it was scalding hot.
- DRDanielle Rumer5 days ago4.0The beds are not comfortable at all so if you have any back issues its gonna be a rough sleep. Water was perfect. Rooms were nice. Breakfast was amazing and the snacks offered in the evening were perfect. Pool is on the smaller side so it was always crowded and full. Loved they had a Starbucks inside and a full drink menu. A bar and restaurant inside were nice to have as options. Know you will get shocked everywhere and it HURTS. Pushing the buttons to the elevator shocked. Making the bed and messing with the sheets the static you will get zapped and it hurts. The static electricity in that place is no joke at all. It was constant and its miserable. We parked at the airport and walked to the hotel its a 15 min walk but its pretty through the park and worth the savings on valet. Overall it was a nice hotel and would stay there again.

This is a 3 star hotel with nothing to offer. Airport hotels should be convenient and affordable. Stay away from this property unless you are being reimbursed by corporate. Do not stay here with your personal money. This property is too expensive for what it has to offer. Yes, I should have done more research but I will use my free will to write this review and say it is too expensive for an embassy suites. My bed was slanted and lower on the right side. It’s time to change out the mattress.
- RRRandyNov 5, 20254.0My overall stay was fine. The room was spacious,clean and up to date. The staff though is not very enthusiastic. One particular valet staff was wonderful. The late night valet guy not so much. Breakfast was not bad for being included. I would stay again for convenience of the car rental place next door.
