    Suites eleganti e confortevoli, buon letto, ottima doccia. Coffee station, microonde e lavello. Doppia TV, tutti i comfort. Check-in rapido, posizione ottimale, vicina all'aeroporto, per chi è in transito a Boston. Personale gentile, ristorante aperto fino a tardi. Servizio navetta gratuito da/a aeroporto molto frequente, ogni 15-20 minuti (dall'uscita E107, guardare bene oltre la pensilina).

    Very easy spot and surprisingly quiet with lots of rooms in Boston. Super close to the airport. There are also walkable places to eat from here but can be difficult to get to given all of the overpasses for the airport. They have a free, first come first serve, shuttle to and from the airport, with very pleasant staff helping you with your luggage. So please tip them.

    Great value in terms of hotel location, room quality and space. Unfortunately not as good service from Anthony the receptionist who looked like he couldn't be bothered being there in the first place and was unkind to guests and in particular to a fellow Hilton team member, snappily replying to an enquiry about the deposit with "not sure how it's done in your country, but that's how we do it here"

    Hotel is fine. Appeared clean. They had one person working the front desk with a line of people checking in. I tried going to buy a drink from the “gift shop” and had to wait 15 minutes while the one employee checked people in. No other apparent option to purchase a soda. The much bigger issue was that they blasted music throughout the lobby until 11:45 pm. If you’re on the second floor, the room has a window into the lobby so you can hear it loudly. Looking back over prior reviews, it seems like this has been brought up before, and the front desk was in no hurry to turn the music off, even when requested. It is a hotel airport. People have early flights. Seems like the management responded to those reviews in the past as well, but clearly took no action to fix the issue.

    First our digital key didn't work. Then our room was freezing. It took the electrician 45 minutes to get to our room, where he temporarily fixed the heat. And we had to sit in our freezing room while we waited instead of going out in Boston. The bedding was atrocious--the blanket was as thin as a sheet and had holes in it. I've also never stayed at a hotel that had no clock on the bedside. All in all, a terrible experience. Also, we were aggressively solicited by more than one Hilton rep trying to get us to buy vacation packages in the lobby, including at 7:10 am when we were trying to get our shuttle to the airport and I had to tell that person TWICE (two separate approaches) we weren't interested.
