    Decent hotel. The balding guy at the front desk offers terrible customer service. Thankfully the young lady by his side is there. She is the reason why I’d put 4 stars instead of 3.

    Stephanie at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. After a long day of travel and a delayed flight, her warm and friendly welcome instantly made us feel at home. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

    I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The front desk staff is so warm hearted and kind and that can elevate an experience so much. There was a minor issue with our room and the staff immediately took care of us. The rooms are so clean and the beds are comfortable. This will be on the top of my list when I visit Boston again. Thank you!

    We had a great stay at the Doubletree. We are Hilton Honors members and we were upgraded to a suite which was very spacious. The bed is extremely comfortable and the hotel was quiet. I highly recommend this hotel. We stayed here 13 years ago and this stay confirmed that when we come to Boston we would stay here again.
