  The biggest mark against this hotel is the loaction, for how close it is to everything the actual location, surrounded by highways and streets makes it a veritable island with limited access to everything. Very little access to public transportation and not a lot within walking distance either. Albeit we were visiting during winter and bad weather, but this only served to make the limited access even more apparent. None of the HD channels function on tge tv, which leaves about 4 stations if you're stuck in the hotel. There is an attached parking garage for convenience. Staff is friendly, rooms are decent and well cleaned. However I won't be staying here again

  I stayed here for a workshop at Harvard. I will not do that again. It was the single worst bed I have ever slept in -- my back hurt for a week afterwards (fwiw, the 2nd worst bed was also a DoubleTree this year -- what's up with the old beds Double Tree???). The shuttle has infrequent times and sometimes just doesn't come. I never actually got to take it. I had to do a Lyft every time. The staff were largely absent. The room was well-cleaned though. Between the bad location (too far to walk to Harvard and no good public transit options) and the absolutely terrible bed, I would give this hotel a hard pass.

  Front desk to housekeeping have been so friendly, professional, and welcoming. Even in room dining server was so upbeat and personable! Rooms smell simply amazing, so fresh. Very well appointed and nicely designed. Views on riverside are very nice. Parking has been easy, digital key access would be better! Excellent place, good location!!! But come for such an amazing staff and experience!

  Friendly staff conveniently located near HBS. Alot of restaurants options nearby. But in case it's too cold they have restaurants inside hotel.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. While it was several blocks to the closest metro stop, it was an easy walk to Harvard Square, Whole Foods and just about everything we needed. We also caught to shuttle to and from Harvard Square a couple of times. The hot Chocolate Cookies were a bonus!
