Dirty, dusty, old, and overpriced. This is clearly just an old building Hilton picked up and slapped lipstick on a pig to make a buck. Doors all barely sealed, the showers have lights inside the stall? The refrigerator DIDNT EVEN WORK! Nothing was dusted or clean like the other Hiltons I frequent. Like no joke, a layer of dust over the lamp bases, just lazy workers..Overall very disappointed, especially for $675 for a Thursday-Sunday in November. I will never return here, and I don’t recommend anyone else wastes there time here either.

This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed at. The coffee machine was garbage. They charged me 26 dollars a night for parking, 2 bottles of water in my unit were 6 dollars total. I got attacked by three wild turkeys at the hotel entrance. The gym was just a treadmill too.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean but the toilet didn't flush well and tended to back up. The breakfast was adequate but cost $22 for pretty much what you get at Hampton for no extra charge. The TV remote was a bit wonky. For one night, it's a good place since it's near the cruise ports (11 minutes) and Logan airport.

The hotel is a little bit isolated, not even near downtown. However, the price is so pricey. Additionally, breakfast is not included, which is quite ridiculous for the high price they charge. The breakfast costs around 22$, but it is just a normal hotel breakfast, which is provided by other hotels free of charge.

It's a nice hotel, but characteristic of the overpricing in Boston close to Downtown. Pay for parking. No breakfast. These are common with Doubletree hotels, but the value of the room looks like their sister hotel- Hampton Inn, just without the amenities mentioned. But if your main purpose is to come to Boston, stay one night, do conferencing or business activities in the city, then this is perfect- location-wise and close to evening or weekend activities. Staff are friendly and helpful. And they offer shuttles to the airport.
