Tried to boom a room here - one bedroom city view with a balcony. Got a price of $268.09. The site wouldn't take my payment method and asked me to call a service number. Spent 40 mins on the phone with a guy who told me that the price had increased by $80 and that there was nothing he could do about it. For context, I'm just trying to book a night away for my Mrs and I for my b'day with two under 3 at home and this is our first getaway since our second born. An outrageous bait and switch in my opinion. And then, he hung up on me.

Roberto went over and beyond to accommodate my request to to change the room. My original room faced the Bostonian hotel across the street, which has a very bright spotlight that is on 24/7. The new room is spectacular with large windows facing the city. The hotel room is very clean and the vinyl wood floor elevate the room. Roberto was so sweet and said the new room would be a surprise. He is so kind and thoughtful.

We were only there for one night but would def go back when we are in Boston. Kristina at the front desk was such a gem. Backstory: We had issues with an AB&B we had been staying at but we left that location due to issues with the stay and lack of response from the host. Kristina was super accommodating at finding us a room at the last minute. She was so kind and friendly. We wish we should have just stayed at the Canopy instead the Ab&B we had been at. The location is super convenient with great walkability to many places. The room was spacious and everything was clean. We had a late flight out the next day and they were accommodating to that as well.

Very centrally located to the tourist spots, this was a fantastic hotel to stay in for my brief visit to Boston. I arrived by Amtrak from NYC, took an Uber to the hotel, and was delighted with my spacious and comfortable room. I took several walking tours of the nearby historical sites. The room was very comfortable to sleep in, and then the next day I Ubered back to the train station to return to NYC.

The hotel is modern, rooms are small but clean and the location is excellent, close to Little Italy, with plenty of good restaurants. The hotel has a decent restaurant and a good gym in the basement as well. The main issues at this hotel are junk fees and front desk staff training. Clearly, the bean counters at Hilton have found a way to try and extract more money from guests without providing much in return, and it shows at this hotel. - I've been staying here multiple times and as of the last time, they have been adding a resort fee. This is comes out to about $40 (!) a day. In return, you can rent a bike for day. Great, biking in Boston in December! The resort fee also provides some restaurant credit. But beware: the restaurant prices are so high that the daily credit will barely cover a coffee and a muffin. - Front desk staff are not particularly welcoming of professional. Two examples: - I called asking for a 15-minute late checkout. The immediate answer was "no, not possible". I repeated the question emphasizing the "15 minute" part. Then the reply was, "15 minutes is OK". - At checkout, the staff took ~10 minutes manually adding up all the fees, resort credit, etc. to present me with the final receipt for the stay. During these 10 minutes, it was never made clear what was actually going on or why I was made to wait for this long. Very unprofessional, and my guess is that Hilton is cutting cost too in staff training. Overall, the hotel itself is fine but expensive, staff is mediocre and beware of junk fees. I will stay elsewhere next time.
