Beautiful hotel in a great location. Top notch staff. Everything was luxurious.
A surprising bonus was the use of Dyptique amenities in the bathrooms (soaps, shampoo, lotion, etc).
Our harbor view room had, as hoped, a beautiful view. Fun to watch the airplanes come and go from Logan.
Minibar was very well stocked! Lots of free treats and goodies supplied like chocolates and whatnot as well. Bed was super comfortable.
Breakfast was lovely, room service dinner was also pretty good.
Only downside is that the walls are pretty thin and we could hear conversation in the neighboring room which means they probably heard our sounds too... and while it is fun to see the planes, you really hear them in the room. One low cost solution would be for the hotel to provide adjustable white noise machines in each room. I've seen this at some hotels in or near airports and is a nice touch. Anyway, still a 5 Star hotel and experience.

For such an expensive place the food was terrible the breakfast spot is wickedly overpriced and the food was overcooked got an order of bacon it was one strip cut in half and burnt home fries was three small potatoes the size of golf balls cut in half. Everything other than the food was 5 star.

This is the first time that I got an hotel overbooking they rooms. I just reserved a king size bed with Harbor view one week before my dates, and when I did the check in they said they don’t have more rooms face to the harbor with the king size. So, they gave us a horrible wheelchair room.

I’ve read the rave reviews of the hotel and agree with all of them. The service, location and decor are all terrific. The one huge blot on the hotel are the shower shampoos and soaps in pump containers affixed to the wall. I was shocked when I saw them. I’m used to this in a Holiday Inn or Days Inn, but in a five star hotel it’s like a beautiful woman with a huge wart on her nose. How much do you save with this? Please raise your rates by $5-10 and get rid of the pump containers. You’ve got Frette linens in the dining room, for Josh sakes. What are you thinking?
