I booked a room via Chase Travel under The Edit catalog, so as a cardholder received some additional perks that the front desk was more than happy to oblige. We started our stay being able to check in early so we could freshen up before our afternoon tea reservation at their restaurant, which did not disappoint! We also received a complimentary upgrade to a larger double queen room with beautiful sitting area and amazing views of the harbor. After our tea service we arrived back to our room to find a delicious charcuterie board waiting for us. The Dark bar was an amazing ending to our day in Boston, with fantastic drinks and addictive food. We ended our trip being able to check out late, so we didn’t feel rushed and was able to sleep in and order room service for breakfast. We are both moms that needed a relaxing weekend of pampering and good libations and BHH went above and beyond!

They offer various amenities, including a gym, an indoor pool, and a coffee shop located inside the hotel. I highly recommend visiting this hotel; you will not be disappointed. PS. The customer service is five stars.

In-room breakfast checked all the expected boxes, fresh croissants and OJ. Rooms were very New England, go for harbor view. Also love the scent of the bath products. Would stay here again. Only minor complaint is I prefer a separate mini fridge for personal wine chilling. The mini fridge here is solely an electronic mini bar.
