What a great stay my wife and I had celebrating our anniversary and ringing in the New Year! The hotel is very nice and the staff is very attentive. We enjoyed a cocktail in the Dark Bar which we can't wait to return to. Great vibe and service. We enjoyed the hotel lobby New Year's celebration and headed outside at 12 to watch the fireworks and celebrate the New Year. Great location close to the Seaport, North End and many Boston attractions.
Looking forward to a return visit. The bed was so comfortable we didn't want to leave.

I had an amazing stay here with my mom. I have an amex so I booked through the fine hotels program with those benefits and will definitely do so again. Everyone was super helpful, professional and courteous. They went above and beyond . Highly recommend. Great location too - easy to get around the harbor. We walked to dinner at Committee and music at The Black Rose. We took the T to the fine arts museum

Truly a 5 star experience! This is the service I expect from a luxury hotel, and so many unexpected thoughtful touches. Our room was ready with a wonderful crib with plushies and our baby was greeted downstairs with a toy. We also got complimentary cookies, water, chocolate bar, and baby toiletries. Room service was so fast and delicious, bed was comfy, and we had a wonderful view of the street.
FYI if you have the amex platinum card you can enjoy a $45 pp breakfast credit, $100 property credit (that can be used for parking), 4pm checkout, plus the semi-annual hotel credit. Really nice perks!
We had a wonderful stay with our 6 month old and would definitely come back for the service, views and thoughtful touches.
