  If you’re looking for a place that makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a movie scene… the Boston Harbor Hotel absolutely delivers. 🌊✨ From the moment we arrived, it felt like we were living our best “fancy coastal getaway” life. The views of the harbor? Unreal. Boats gliding by, the water sparkling like it’s showing off… it’s basically New England charm turned up to 100. The room was spotless, elegant, and somehow managed to feel both luxurious and cozy (which is a rare combo). Waking up and looking out over the water with a cup of coffee in hand? Yeah… that’s a core memory now. Service was top-tier—everyone we interacted with was warm, professional, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Not the stiff, robotic kind of service—more like “we’re glad you’re here, relax and enjoy” vibes. And let’s talk location… you’re right on the harbor, steps from some of the best walking spots in Boston. Perfect for a post-dinner stroll where you pretend you live there and casually say things like, “Let’s take the yacht out tomorrow.” 😄 Bottom line: If you want a stay that feels special, a little indulgent, and very memorable, this is your spot. Already plotting our return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  We stayed here for the Boston Marathon and as others mentioned, the service and accommodations were incredible. The staff were also so friendly and welcoming. There were so many things that we didn't expect that they offered - pre-race pasta dinner menu (paid but still was great to not have to go anywhere), shuttles to the expo and start line, a pre-race goodie bag in the room, snacks set out in the lobby the morning of, etc. We had to be back to work so checked out on race day, and they even let me come back and shower in the fitness center before we hit the road. Truly one of the best stays we've ever had at a hotel, and big kudos to the incredible staff for making it so. We'll definitely be back! :)

  My family recently stayed for two nights for the Boston Marathon. Our stay was exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming. They gave our children stuffed animals upon our arrival and we were upgraded to a junior suite. The hotel was decorated for the marathon, which added to the experience. They partnered with Volvo to offer free transportation for runners and their families to the marathon expo and to the buses the morning of the race. They also had bananas, Gatorades, and waters available for runners on race morning. Our room was beautiful and spacious. The health club pool was beautiful and our family enjoyed the amenities. Each employee we interacted with was so friendly and we had all of our needs met with ease. Definitely our favorite place to stay in Boston!

  Stayed here for the Boston marathon. The service was some of the best I have experienced. They stocked the room with goodies for the race, provided shuttles to the expo and morning of the race for free. Super helpful with every request. When I got back from the race they had printed out and framed a certificate with my name, finish time, and the date on it... within the 30 mins it took me to get home. Super thoughtful all around! Room was great too!

  We had a great stay at Boston Harbor Hotel. The service was excellent throughout, and the staff were warm and friendly. One detail I really appreciated was that when I requested extra amenities during our stay, they arrived beautifully wrapped in a small gift bag, which was a very thoughtful touch. The hotel also has a lot to offer beyond the room itself. The lobby flower arrangement is beautiful, the pool is a good length for actual laps, and the wellness area stood out to me. It has an infrared sauna with 12 different light settings, which is something I rarely see in hotels, plus a hot tub and steam room. The gym is also well equipped and very usable. The location is extremely convenient, and we loved the view from our room overlooking Boston Harbor. Seeing the seagulls and being able to open the window a bit for fresh air made the stay even more enjoyable. Downstairs, the Dandelion café downstairs was another highlight- good chai latte, a solid breakfast selection, and very convenient. The only thing I’d note is that the rooms do not feel especially modern. To me, the hotel has a sense of history and a bit of an old-world feel—almost like a grand hotel from an earlier era. I personally still found it charming, but if you strongly prefer sleek, modern room design, this may not be your favorite style. Overall though, it was a wonderful stay!
