  The breakfast was pretty bad. Pancakes machine is cool. But they are not good. Room was clean , beds were comfy, pillows are awful! Holly at front desk is 5 Stars 🌟🌟🌟💫⭐️

  The location and front desk person was great. I CANNOT say the same for the room. The bathroom floor and little table under rhe microwave was filthy. Has to let rhe water run in the shower for a vit as ut was orange/rusty. The soap holders in the shower has something under them. I was afraid to turn on the lamp next to the bed as the shade was all crinkled and I thought it may break if I did touch it. Breakfast....ALL cold.sausage links, potatoes eggs. Yuk. Not a good experience there at all.for rediculous rates. Could not stay another night. Car running outside our window for so long we thought we would get carbon monoxide poisoning.

  Really a pretty nice place. We stay in a lot of Holiday inn Express and this was a little on the time to fix up, but very clean and good service.

  La Ubicación no es tan mala,el subway station esta cerca a unos 2 o 4 minutes a pie. Las habiataciones fueron muy pequeñas no la desperada. El aervicio del personal muy professional y kind Solo deberian mejorar la limpieza del baño de abajo cerca del lobby en el sotano Viaje familiar y amigos.

  My son and I stayed at Holiday Inn due to an emergency repair situation at home. The check-in process was fast and easy. I stayed in the car while my son did the actually work checking in. The day before check-out, we found that the repairs at home were going to take longer than expected because of a major storm. I received the wrong name of the person to discuss extending my reservation and when I went to the desk the next day to speak with the person, I was told that she wouldn't be there until after 2:00 when I was previously told 10:00. I went back down later and was told, by her, that she was the wrong person to speak about my inquiry. I had left my name and room number and reason for speaking to her, why could she have not contacted me when she received the message. I was able to speak with Patricia eventually and we straightened everything out by getting an email authorization. I also had problems getting the heat to register in the room and only got cold air blasting out of the system. When I went to the desk to inquire why and how to use the heat, the person at the desk stated that she didn't know because she had never stayed in any of the rooms and had never learned of the system. Her only suggestion was to not use the temperature control located on the wall. I thought that the bathroom was not as well-kept as the room itself specifically, the sink was not asthetic to the image associated with the hotel based on the prices that were charged. The breakfast was very good withany choices and the option to bring a muffin or a few pieces of fruit in a to-go bag. Yogurt as well. Appreciated the self-service coffee machine available at all hours!!!
