    Two times I came here and two times I had nothing but problems with the clerk giving me additude being very rude and not helpful at all and they still charged me for services rendured and an over priced deposit for a diamond member as well as team member . He made me feel like I wasn't there ignoring me and just chit chatting with a friend .. lied to me and told me it did not go thru but on the pos it said it was approved and it also said it on my phone when I used my tap too pay. it also shows up in my bank , that person didn't even look at his screen sorry the room you booked they already gave it too someone but no worrys I'll will just add you to another room. just need $100 deposit anyways sorry I didn't get a chance to finish but needless to say they were laughing at me he honestly think he can get away with paying charging me and didn't even try to look at his screen refused to get the manager when I said I will call corporate that's the only time he

    What made my trip that much better was Sherry, at the front desk. She was so patient and kind. She made things work, therefore allowing me a stress free trip (until I broke down! Ha!) I will definitely be back. Thank you, Sherry. I hope your boss knows what a valuable employee you are to that establishment.

    Breakfast was awful, hot food was cold , cold drinks were warm. Coffee was awful . beds were hard and uncomfortable. Pool was closed down which is what we went for. Staff was rude
