    Candice been a great hospitality host and she work hard to make sure that we have everything that we want here and I mean you couldn't ask for a better host anywhere you go So and I really appreciate the work that she does here

    I lead a wheelchair basketball program and we spend over $100k per year in hotels across the United States. We are in West Monroe, LA and have had a wonderful experience at this location. Candice at the front desk has been our go-to person on-site during our stay. We had 20 rooms over a 3 night stay and our only "improvement' would be improved water which is not the venue's problem, it's the municipality. If you are a planning a trip to West Monroe, this would be a great landing spot!

    I am writing to share my feedback regarding the exceptional service provided by Mrs. Candice during my stay. Mrs. Candice is truly the most hardworking individual I encountered at the hotel. Despite having a very demanding role, she handles her responsibilities with amazing efficiency and a positive attitude. She is quick, professional, and consistently respectful in all interactions. I would like to strongly recommend that top management consider her for a raise. Her dedication and performance are outstanding, and she deserves to be compensated accordingly for the high level of service she provides.

    One of the best Iv ever stayed at. Amazing park and trail behind the hotel with water & lots of turtles. The beds were incredible and so comfortable. The pillows were firm and new and the sheets smelled like actual detergent was used to wash them. The showers were super clean and everything worked great. Good water pressure and the whole room was just clean and a breath of fresh air. The lady at the front was bubbly and fun to talk to as well. We stayed in room 206. 2/28/26 We come down every few months to see grandma, and this is where we will be going from now on.
