- PSPaul Stanley1 day ago1.0I arrived on Sunday and I noticed a bodily fluid mark on a pillowcase which if you look underneath the fluid is on the pillow which proves the sheets probably weren’t changed. No big deal I figured they would get changed the next day, which they never were. After a week I went to pay for another week and kindly asked for the sheets to be changed on Friday. They never did so I asked again on Saturday. Sunday I had to go to the office to pay for the next week and they also raised the price almost $200 for the next week. I kindly asked again for the sheets to be changed and at no point did they even come.

It came with bedbugs, a strong humidity/mold smell (like a wet towel left in a closet for a week), dirty floors, a very small and thin blanket, and low-quality breakfast food. We have stayed at many Best Western hotels across the United States, and this is by far the worst one. I wanted to leave the room as soon as I arrived. The only good thing: The restroom was clean, but the shower door kept sliding open repeatedly due to a poor design, not because of anything else.

The cheap 3rd party booking site I used messed up my reservation, but she took the time to figure out the problem and was wonderfully friendly. I’d come back just to say hi to her again.

The sink drained very, very slow. Not sure why. Almost unusable. Awoke early and decided to check-out. Had a dufficult time with night clerk. I will try another BW some where the next ime I in the area and need some rest before I travel back home. Still not sure why the person who cleaned the room didn't report the sink problem, or the motel magement didn't do anything about it.
