  We were on a long trip and needed a room for the night in this area. This provided a reasonable option for 5 people. The positives: pool looked nice (we didn't have a chance to use it), room was clean overall, great breakfast, great price for a night on the road. The negatives: carpet felt dirty, fold out couch mattress was horrible and not usable. I felt safe, but there were people drinking and wrestling/fighting outside of our room at one point. I'd say the outside looks a little sketchy and the rooms are nicer than it appears they would be.

  Upon arrival at hotel noticed the sink or plastic plants give an image of outdated and lack of care. The receptionist said room will not be ready till 3 pm even thought it was booked out of corporate account travel agency . Eagerly they offered early check in for $25 dollars extra that day. The bathroom is an old tub , the curtain not white but yellowish. There towels have been bleached so often that they no longer felt supple and soft. The wait room for my luggage had not been vacuum , full of junk a blanket , and tools . Very sloppy and messy. The room I received had no soap, shampoo nor conditioner. When I went to ask for them at reception, I was given cheap items , poor quality. The price they charged per room is one and half times what another hotel ask for and is around the corner. They ought to come to ls Quinta to see what service , towels , cleanliness means . Do not use this place they stink.

  I have stayed in a few different hotels in this area. Best Western was by far the best one yet. Renovated bathrooms so it has a fairly new bathtub unlike the other hotels I’ve seen. The free guest wifi was also above average unlike the others. Same with breakfast. 10/10 overall experience

  We were in town for some baseball games and needed a room for a couple of nights. Was a little hesitant to book at first as we usually avoid hotels where you enter rooms from outside. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms were and especially pleased with the breakfast. Mariah did a great job of keeping the area organized and most importantly the coffee flowing!!

  August 2025 Vin was working the front desk when I came in. Ironically enough an elderly man slipped and fell causing a nasty skin tear. The front desk did not have any 1st aid equipment so I ended up patching the man up myself. Please get a first aid kit and rugs for your lobby floors. My room was clean. No issues.
