The shower and toilet had crud all around them, and the carpet in the room was disgusting. There weren't even enough towels in my room. If it weren't so late at night, I would have switched hotels. Do not stay here. I'm so disgusted.

- RSRich StewartOct 2, 20252.0Stayed there 10-1-25. Check-in was good. The room had very wet carpet on the floors... my wife and I both almost tripped when stepping onto the tile. There was a musty smell in the room. The temp in room was 64 degrees. The bathroom had long hairs on the washcloth, a bath towel, the counter, and lots in the shower on the tile. The bath exhaust fan did not work at all & it was rusty. A bug was crawling around in the bathroom. I will never stay again.

First time we have ever had that happen, we understand mistakes happen, Daniel at the front desk was very kind and reassigned us a room that was cleaned and fixed up. Walls are so thin if you’re a light sleeper you will hear every door slam and dog making noise . Decent location, breakfast was good, free juice and coffee 24/7. Spacious rooms.

There were disperses in the shower that should be taken down of they are not going to fill them. They did supply me with shampoo and conditioner. The king size room had 3 towels, one hand towel and wash cloth. There was mold on the shower. Need was comfortable but had 4 small pillows on it. That didn’t make sense either for a king bed. TV was on the side of the bed and viewing it was from an angle. The staff were friendly. I asked for tea and was told they didn’t have any.
