But who would’ve thought just the next Morningi told my Teenage boys go to fix breakfast while I shower they were told my the morning desk lady (Ms. DESTINEE) husky afro woman that they had to immediately leave they were not supposed the property .. WELL her exact words to my 14 yr old & his brother was nobody didn’t tell me it had(Four little black boys check in) 🤣girl way do you kno this girl wen in the room with my kids and the police nd made the back all they stuff up while I was down started drinking coffee not knowing anything until it happen .. call the police on me lied & said my kids were running around all night got guess complaints we arrived mid evening and was tired & asked the Cops To remove us off the premises…so the woman I am because my kids were around . After the officer came to my room nd told me all the lies she told I went comforted her wit the officer respectfully.. she got hostile & wanted to fight…so now uyr kid has to be 18 to fix they own break fast my 9 year old said she just took my plate I wasn’t even done my bagel …DO YOU KNOW NOT ONE PERSON FROM management called & apologized nor looked into to call me about it just put us out early at 7 in the morning couldn’t even tell the honest truth.. but still holding my deposit since November 23 & im only hurt cus Mr Chris wa once my landlord I loved him but this right here is Unexpectable

- SFStyler FregiaNov 12, 20251.0I set a reservation and I arrived 15 minutes late before they night audit and canceled my reservation after I already paid and would not reimburse or reinstate my reservation basically stolen money, my opinion it’s poorly staffed and poorly managed I would not recommend staying here for the night.
