  This place is amazing! Service is good and it’s got great beds and nice views. My only complaint is trying to contact staff at times. But that’s not that much of anything. Overall, it’s a solid stay for the price. Oh and it has a great hot tub!

  The hotel itself was very nice—clean rooms, good amenities, and a well-kept property overall. However, the hospitality did not match the quality of the space. The first red flag was being asked to sign a form at check-in stating that we would not be overly loud or disorderly. While we understand basic rules, it immediately set an uncomfortable tone for the stay. Throughout our visit, the staff came across as unfriendly and overly strict, especially when it came to children. Normal kids’ behavior—like playing and having fun in the pool or outdoor common areas—was constantly being watched and criticized. Instead of feeling welcomed, the atmosphere felt tense and uncomfortable, like we had to walk on eggshells the entire time. If you’re traveling without kids and just want a very quiet place, this might work for you. But for families expecting a more relaxed and welcoming environment, this may not be the best fit.

  Nice hotel, clean room. Beds pretty comfortable. Staff was good, breakfast a bit above Holiday Inn Express usual. Only complaint is the road noise, and the light in the smoke alarm is bright enough to light the whole room at night. Would stay here again.

  Update: Staff did eventually take action to to get the stomping to stop. TV was working the following day when I returned for my second night. Staff refuses to quiet down other tenants letting their children stomp so loud on the third floor it keeps you awake down on the first...... at midnight. TVs don't work, the elevator literally feels like it's off the rails. Highly disappointed is being too kind. Especially with $150-$175 per night rates.
