One of the worst ihg I have ever stayed in, and I've stayed in a LOT. Amongst numerous other complaints, to start with I called the front desk ahead of time to discuss my reservation, was put on hold for 15 minutes then hung up on. Upon arrival he was very unapologetic. I needed to use the business center, one computer was frozen up, the other finally started working. There was 3 inches of dust on all the equipment. I used the printer to print out some important paperwork and upon printing the ink was so faint it was almost unreadable. When I inquired on this with the front desk I was nonchalantly told it wasn't uncommon but there was no offer to change out the ink. When I used the shower this morning, I saw how nasty the floor was so I laid down a hand towel to stand on. After my shower I saw how nasty the hand towel was. The toilet was nasty. They had painted over rotten doors and rusty fixtures and some of the fixtures were barely hanging. I'm putting this hotel on my do not ever stay here again list!!!

My room is clean, quiet, and comfortable. Unfortunately the restaurant was not open for dinner which is why I chose this particular hotel as Holiday Inns generally have a restaurant in them. Also, the young lady behind the front desk seemed far more interested in what was going on with her phone then she did checking me in.
On a good note, if you have a large truck or you are pulling a small trailer, this place has a nice big lot.

Absolute worst hotel do not book here showed up to no locks and no door knobs on the two rooms that I booked. Kortine promised me a refund and now are denying it almost a week later. They also have Brown water according to my other family members who stayed there. When they showed up locks were finally added hours after we had already left.

Stopped here for a night and was disappointed. We arrived around 9:30pm and the staff were helpful and friendly. But as soon as we got into our room we were greeted by a very obviously not vacuumed floor. Every surface was not only dusty but also had white crusty stuff on it. The picture shows white crust by the coffee machine. At least that makes sense. But there was also white crust spots on the night stand and by the tv.
It was too late to switch rooms with three tired kids, so I wiped everything down. The crust came off with just a little scrubbing, which tells me the cleaning staff put very little effort into their work. The bathtub looked gross, painted over, and then gross on top of the paint. The sink did not drain, or drained very slowly. I can only imagine what is clogged in there. The drain stopper was broken and up as high as it could go.
I see the hotel responds to negative reviews saying they will address the issues. Even months old ones. I doubt that because the place is still filthy. This is a lesson learned for us to check reviews of individual hotels, you can’t just trust the company. We assumed a holiday inn and suites would be decent enough. We were wrong. Won’t be staying here again and I recommend you don’t either.

This place is a disgrace to the holiday inn branding!!! I’m not even sure where to begin! It’s almost like an abandoned hotel, the landscaping isn’t even kept up. This place is dangerous (see previous reviews) our lock on the inside was missing! And it made sense when I saw other reviews of doors being broken into, after we had gotten our room. I wish I would’ve taken the time to read the reviews before I booked this place. Came to stay here from 6 hours away while visiting my daughter (whom I have joint custody and limited time with) Checked in and dropped our bags off, then went to dinner and came back, once we got settled in the room we really realized we didn’t want to be there. I told my daughter to go ahead and take a shower and we would just deal with it since we were only there for one night and every hotel within an hour radius was fully booked. Apparently it was during the time of one of the biggest car shows of the year close by that weekend so there was no availability anywhere! Online this place looks OK but in person it is a complete opposite. There was construction materials stacked everywhere and a dumpster outback and everything was a wreck. I believe the room we were in was “renovated” I’m a general contractor myself and it was laughable the quality of workmanship they’re doing to remodel. The stains on the sheets was the final straw for us. The tv wasn’t even plugged in to watch, no remote. Room was filthy. It had a strong musky/mildew smell. Everything was rusty, or molded. The ac was falling apart. With wires hanging out from underneath it. It sounded like there was a basketball game and some real cracky stuff going on upstairs. The pool water was cloudy and nasty green looking. Just look at the pictures. I reached out the next day and over a whole week of back and forth every day trying to get a refund. I can’t remember her name, but there was one lady that I talked to you several times that was extremely helpful and very nice, but it wasn’t her decision to initiate a refund. Unknowingly I ended up getting ahold of the owner or the owner‘s wife (I can’t remember her name) and she said they would be giving me back half of the cost of the room for the night because we had “used the room” although we had checked out and didn’t stay the night. My daughter wasn’t comfortable there and neither was I and we couldn’t stay there for the night and risk something happening. This put me in a bind, and ruined the one day and night I got to spend with my daughter all month. For me it’s not the money that they kept for half the stay. It’s a matter of principal to me. Hopefully this honest review will save someone from having this happen to them.
