- BHBlake HarrisonDec 30, 20252.0Moderately acceptable room until you consider the $175 price. Smelled "off", like it was cleaned at some point, but not recently. Toilet is almost on the floor and the lid for the tank doesn't fit. Recliner is in such bad shape, we were a bit nervous to even sit on it. We certainly didn't try to recline it. Breakfast is carbs and coffee. So glad this was a 1 night stay.

- RSRachel SalazarNov 24, 20251.0I had a sleepless night due to the fact that I had someone call into my room between 10 and 10:30 pm asking for my credit card numbers stating that the hotel is giving discounts because the computer was down. After calling the front desk, the young lady stated that I had been the 2nd guest to have called downstairs complaining of the receiving the same call. Due to this incident, I was unable to sleep well throughout the night for FEAR of being hacked by whomever has access to your hotel room numbers. I had my elderly parents with me in another room and told them what had occurred and to check in to see if anyone had called them. At that time no one had. After speaking with my parents the morning we checked out, I later found out that she had received a call at a little after midnight but because they had been prewarned, my mother simply picked up the phone and hung up. I was told by the assistant manager that they had received several more complaints than the 2 from the previous night. Yet, the manager was simply sent an email of the security breach. The manager emailed me later in the afternoon after I checked out when he arrived at the hotel and verbally being told what happened. He then said, "We have alerted our IT department and they are looking into how to prevent this from happening in the future. We do apologize for this incident but unfortunately scammers are always present but we do our best to protect everyone's safety." So apparently the safety of his guests were important enough for him to take precautions while we slept. Would not recommend this hotel ever!

I'm a picky person about walking on floors and hotel rooms without my shoes on and these were the cleanest softest floors I've ever felt on the bottoms of my feet ever. I would 100% recommend this place to anybody. They accept pets. Friendly stuff but I did have to talk about Charmaine Penn she was my favorite employee there! So kind. So thoughtful. She was the best she didn't just treat you like you were a customer. Everybody there actually treated you like family. And you can't beat the price either. I know this is a long text but I just had so much awesome stuff to say that I wanted everybody else to know.
