    I honestly wish I could give 0 stars for this hotel as an overall experience. My significant other & I had booked this hotel to stay at for the night of Oct. 19th, 2025, being that we were moving from Virginia to Texas and just previously drove 10hrs all day. We checked in around 9:10 pm. went across the street to the supermarket & not shortly after we got back to the hotel we went to check out around 9:55 due to the roaches in the room & hair in the bathtub. We instantly grabbed all of our belongings & asked for a refund. The woman working that night (short older woman, short hair) stated she could not provide a refund, we would have to contact the company we booked through. We contacted Booking.com on Oct. 21st, Oct.29th and Nov. 4th - they said they were waiting for a refund approval from the hotel. We called the hotel today (nov. 4th) at 12:37 pm and we were rudely greeted by Rachel. Her attitude was DISGUSTING! We asked her if we could speak to the manager regarding our situation. She would not give us a number, name or even a time that we could call back for a manager. She then proceeded to tell us that she will not be issuing our refund being that “we stayed for 6 hours, from 9pm -3am”. Which is FALSE! She hung up in our face multiple times as we tried to call back to get a resolution. We have NEVER dealt with such horrible hospitality, customer service & a such a rude receptionist EVER! I have all proper screenshots and timelines from that night which also led up to us staying at the hotel, Comfort Inn & Suites right behind it on Oct. 19th, 2025. The first two images are the screenshots of the videos following as it shows the time & date! The 5th image is a screenshot of me calling a hotel to see if they had any rooms available at 10:02 pm on 10/19/2025 which we didn’t stay at bc Comfort Inn had rooms available, again THE SAME NIGHT. The 6th image is the screenshot of the NEW BOOKING at the Comfort Inn & suites the SAME NIGHT! It does not show the time but it’s around the 10:02pm- 10:15pm. The 6th, 7th, & 8th screenshot are from today & previous days that we have called Best Western to speak to a manger about the situation & haven’t received ANY HELP! So I’m not sure how they could say we stayed for 6 hours and checked out at 3am on the 20th. The WORST experience, never again!

    Stayed here two nights while visiting New Orleans, Mary on reception was wonderful, she gave us all the locations to eat, places to visit and even changed our room as the safe wasn’t working, every hotel needs a Mary …….. Rooms were clean, bed was comfy and breakfast was good

    Had a reservation with Holiday inn. Showed up only to find out that they gave my room away and did not let me know until I got there at 10 pm. Best Western was able to accommodate my family and I at the last minute. Will not be spending another dollar with IHG and will be staying at best western for now on.

    Absolutely amazing stay! I’ve been living in the U.S. for almost ten years, and this was my first time staying at a hotel in this group — and I was truly impressed. The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly quiet and peaceful, which made it so relaxing after a long day. Every detail, from the fresh linens to the comfortable bed, showed how much they care about their guests. The staff were kind, welcoming, and professional — they made everything easy and enjoyable. I’ll definitely choose this hotel group again for my future travels. Highly recommended to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and true hospitality!
