Also gave me plastic ware making sure I had for food in case they forgot. Then breakfast was good I like the little 🧇 maker, fried egg yummy. Check-out with Mark was great. We talked about my city Charlotte and he wanted to make sure we had a great time at Mardi Gras. He blessed us with safe trip. Thanks BW

Upon check in, one associate told him that my card was declined because the hotel wanted to charge a higher rate than they allowed me to pay on Hotwire. After waiting at the hotel for 2 hours to get resolution, another associate Mary Landry told my son that he could not check in because he is 18 and they don't want people partying and drinking underage. Mary Landry was very rude and said we would not be able to get a refund because it was our fault that he was 18 and not 21. How could he do this when he isn't even old enough to buy alcohol or know a single person in the state of Louisiana? The hotel denied a refund request made by Hotwire. Unfortunately now I have lost $100 and my son is back on the highway driving very tired.
