    We stayed here on a whim as we didn't make it as far as we wanted to while traveling. This was one of the highest rated hotels in the area. I will say the staff was amazing and EXTREMELY friendly and helpful! From the housekeeping to the front desk. They were always friendly! Now what you came here for... The hotel has a "updated, new" feel but what is updated is cheap furniture. When you walk in the lobby it's clean, lit up and looks decent. There is an overpowering fragrance as it seems it's being pumped in the hotel to promote cleanliness. It wasn't dirty... The room was fine, it was a place to sleep. The floor in the middle of the room dropped and under the carpet it felt like a hole was covered with plywood. Overall if you are struggling to make the next town I would stay here but for $250/night at a hotel you get for $100/night I would do my best to NOT stop in Shreveport.

    This is a bit outdated. But the staff is great. The breakfast was great! Robin at breakfast was such a breath of fresh air. She was very sweet and attentative.

    Comfy and convenient.. Here whiley mom is on the hospital. The sweet lady in the kitchen, Robin, offered to make us a snack bag ❤️ it was much appreciated.
