  Very reasonable rate for a queen room. Room was very small but clean, bathroom was clean. And it was close to our concert avenue. Staff was friendly. Bed mattress was very firm and my back hurt a bit next day, but for the price can't complain too much.

  Friendly staff plenty parking but older hotel and air conditioning not cooling took a while for the hot water to work also has shuttle service which was great getting back and forth to concert and dinner

  Absolutely disgusting. We stayed here for the LA State wrestling tournament as well as several other families. Almost everyone had similar experiences and several switched rooms because of lack of cleanliness. Holiday Inn should be embarrassed of this location. Our room had dead bugs stuck to the walls and ceiling throughout the room. Dirty vents, dirty socks left on the floor from whoever rented the room before us and the worst part was what looked like vomit behind the bed walls and on the bathroom walls. Water pressure in the shower was really low. Had to spin around in the shower 15 times just to get wet. One elevator was broken and the other was slow. We will never stay here again

  The staff at the front desk is really nice, but the hotel is dirty and outdated. Our group reserved 8 rooms. 2 had to be changed because there was rotten food in the fridge, an ant infestation in the bathroom, dirty socks and a used condom from a previous occupant. The curtains in 2 rooms looked like they had blood stains in them, and the thinner cloth ones looked extremely dusty. All rooms smelled moldy. Showers were disgusting, with some having the dispensing bottles for shampoo/conditioner/soap left on the sink counter because the holder was broken, so besides inconvenient it was sanitarily compromised as anyone could just open the dispensing cap and tamper the liquids. Also note that there is an active railroad with at least 2 trains passing by late at night/early morning behind the hotel, and a very active road with racing cars/trucks constantly going by; All that considered, and the hotel could not invest in appropriate windows to reduce the noise heard inside the rooms. So, needless to say, you won’t get any sleep. Oh, and good luck if you need clean towels between nights, because they can’t provide you with a new clean set at the front desk. And the cards are so cheaply made, that if they are near a cellphone or other cards, they will reset. So, can’t put them in your wallet or purse or pockets, if you keep your phone in either.
