Being a Diamond member with over 150 nights last year, this is by far the ABSOLUTE WORST HOLIDAY INN I've ever stayed in. This hotel is in need of a major renovation. The lack of caring is overwhelming, the staff here could care less about cleaning. I will never under any circumstances stay at this hotel again. Hotel management needs to be fired.

Staff was great. Breakfast was good except they told us it ended so 9:30 and when we got there at 9, the menu was unavailable and only the buffet was an option. I have stomach issues so this was unfortunate. The hotel itself looks nothing like the pictures and it’s dingy, old and smells. Old carpet that is peeling away. Wallpaper that is doing the same. Our room smelled musty and followed us in our clothes the next day.
We also reserved a king room and they gave it away before we got there. The only rooms available had double beds but it was too late at night to fight about it. I won’t be visiting again.

It is an older place and is a little dated. But the beds are comfortable and good pillows. Walking distance to downtown and local places.

Great location, but rooms are iffy. Temperature was humid and couldn't get it as cool as I like. While the lobby was frigid. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Water pressure in shower was a trickle.

The staff was fine. Hotel is muggy (in Nov), bathroom missing toilet paper roll holder, mildew on the vents and shower head, toilet is made for kids or something and the ac unit is obnoxiously loud. Sounds like someone is vacuuming in the other room and when the compressor comes on, it sounds like a truck is revving up and running its PTO. The bed is comfy. This place needs money put into it because throughout you can see it has seen no attention. Something goes wrong and it’s left busted. It’s stuck in the 90’s and they need to invest in it.
—I had to edit this because this is all written based off of last night alone. Now that it’s morning, we see the coffee maker is busted, carpet is missing in areas and there looks to be larvae some sort of insect body parts in multiple areas of the unvacuumed carpet. Lamp shades all cock-eyed and everything. Room 209. Sadly, the VA puts us up in this dump, so we are stuck at their mercy.
