    Great location, but rooms are iffy. Temperature was humid and couldn't get it as cool as I like. While the lobby was frigid. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Water pressure in shower was a trickle.

    The staff was fine. Hotel is muggy (in Nov), bathroom missing toilet paper roll holder, mildew on the vents and shower head, toilet is made for kids or something and the ac unit is obnoxiously loud. Sounds like someone is vacuuming in the other room and when the compressor comes on, it sounds like a truck is revving up and running its PTO. The bed is comfy. This place needs money put into it because throughout you can see it has seen no attention. Something goes wrong and it’s left busted. It’s stuck in the 90’s and they need to invest in it. —I had to edit this because this is all written based off of last night alone. Now that it’s morning, we see the coffee maker is busted, carpet is missing in areas and there looks to be larvae some sort of insect body parts in multiple areas of the unvacuumed carpet. Lamp shades all cock-eyed and everything. Room 209. Sadly, the VA puts us up in this dump, so we are stuck at their mercy.

    We decided to give this establishment another opportunity. However, upon arrival, we discovered that our reservation had been cancelled. I suspect this decision was influenced by the subpar experience I had previously. The manager's behavior was rude, and there were unacceptable conditions in our restroom. The owner denied any wrongdoing. Subsequently, I received an apology from the owner regarding the unfortunate incidents. I question the sincerity of her apologies now.

    This hotel should be shut down, it's dirty from first entrance, to the elevator, to our room. The room had a water leak from the ceiling, down the windows onto the air conditioner unit, to the floor...leaving the room feeling damp, and I have asthma, didn't realize this until the morning after the previous evening check in. We were relocated to a different room but it wasn't much better, no accommodations were offered or upgrades for the inconveniences! Very poor place to stay!

    This hotel is VERY disappointing! Rooms are outdated looks like something from the 80s. Still has connecting rooms. Smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Website needs to be updated. It says shuttle will take you anywhere within a certain radius to find out they only go to casinos & airport. Red River Restaurant only serves breakfast. There was no hand soap in bathroom. TBH, it just didn't have a clean feeling. Glad I bought my Lysol. Employees could use a lil etiquette training as well. Location was the only good thing because it was in close proximity to the VA hospital & that's what we needed. Needless to say, I probably won't recommend.
