  I accidentally left my $200 electric toothbrush in the room and called the same night after checkout. Unfortunately, the hotel was unable to locate it. The stay itself was good and the staff were friendly, but this experience was frustrating. Because I reported it so quickly, I had hoped for a more thorough lost-and-found process. I understand mistakes happen, but losing an expensive personal item right after checkout left a bad impression. Based on this experience, I’m rating the stay 1 star.

  Falsely accused of smoking. I do not smoke wasn’t even partying. Stayed in the room with my 3 year old daughter!!! They attempted to charge my $250 took my $50 deposit after speaking with the manager who showed zero compassion of falsely accusing me, she put me on “ do not return” but agreed to refund me the 50$. I don’t recommend staying here at all.

  Shreveport is my hometown, when ever I travel here alone this is my spot...been staying here for some time now...even back during the covid outbreak...I feel I am centrally located to the places I need to go...

  Wasn’t sure about this hotel after reading reviews but my options were limited and Holiday Inn Express is usually a good choice. Turned out this was a good stay. Front desk clerks were friendly. The room was clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable, the air conditioner was quiet!! And the water pressure in the shower was good and hot. The bath could use a walk in shower instead of a tub, the baseboards need a refresh and the sink water pressure was low. Overall I recommend this hotel.

  I'm very unpleased first I would like to start off with front desk there where a lot of company while trying to check in. I felt very rush so front desk lady can finish conversation with male guest. once check in, I came back down to get towels for my family it took a while to receive them. phones is also a big deal when checking in. As I was waiting down stair, I overheard the mangers sons being very loud and also had the lobby smelling like weed. may I add I ALSO watched them grab snack from the food area and tell the front desk girl to make sure she restock drink babe, which is unfair I've payee good money with the company for years to just have the manger kids come grab and go. shouldn't it be free to all. Second day I came down for breakfast no one was at desk , I went around the corner to see a group of workers and once again males having a conversation as if the guest is not important once I asked to speak to a manger they stated she was not in and could be down once she wakes up I assume she took a nap , I would not suggest this hotel very unpleased and unprofessional
