We did not want to take it because : (1) we did not request that: and (b) we did not want to deny a person that room if one needs it. The guy at the check in counter gave us the room that appeared in our confirmation email. This morning, we had the pleasure of meeting Robin, a wonderful and sweet lady at the breakfast area who was very good at attending to us. She was great! We heard from staff that this place has a great manager. Big relief from the other holiday inn express we have been the past weeks in other states!
