- AAAlicia Fleming - AuthorJan 20, 20263.0Hotel was downtown convenient to the interstate. We came into town for my Uncle’s funeral so we were there 1 night. Rooms could be updated but the staff was very friendly. My only issue was that when I booked, I booked through my American Airlines app and booked 2 rooms with king beds. My brother decided to attend at the last minute so I asked to have one room changed to a room with 2 beds and was told I could not change to call AA. AA called and they were told the same thing by the hotel even though there probably were not 50 people at the hotel they wouldn’t change the room which was the exact same cost. When we arrived I asked again and was told no that AA would have to request so I didn’t even bother. I worked in the hotel industry years ago and I’m a travel advisor and that change could have been made without difficulty; especially with the hotel not being at capacity. That’s the only negative issue I had with the hotel.

- JOJesa OsullivanJan 9, 20264.0The Holiday Inn Suites were beautifully clean, peaceful, comfortable, safe, private, and quite until the train goes by. The train does go by several times a night and it blows it's horn. However, I enjoyed my stay very much and would stay again.
