- QDQuiana DMar 11, 20264.0Hotel was nice. The only gripe is there was an older person at the counter and a lot of people were trying to check in. Would have went smoother if there were 2 people available to assist. Took 30+ minutes to check in and we assist had a reservation.

Check in was smooth and even got a snack and bottle of water. She made the end of my day a lot better than it should have been. CR
