Also if you have your room key remotely near your phone you’ll have to get a lecture from the front desk about how if your key is by your phone it will deactivate, but it’s not their fault because they’ve had these locks for fifteen years and won’t upgrade. TV does have YouTube though so that was cool.

He's very professional, helping me with anything I needed. That professionalism and kindness trickled down to the rest of the employees... all gracious and helpful. My only suggestion: New towels. Some of the towels I received, although clean, were dingy and a bit stained.
