The front desk staff are knowledgeable of the hotel and surrounding areas, and offer incredible food and recreation suggestions. Any issue I've had during the stay was swiftly resolved by polite and efficient management, and any question about sales was handled with incredible expertise by the sales team! While no hotel is perfect, when I do run into an issue, the housekeepers acknowledge their mistakes, and fix the issue until I'm satisfied. All in all, this hotel is perfect for a trip, or event!
