- MFMehdi Fadayi6 days ago2.0it was terrible the food breakfast was moldy the cleaners were judging me, and the pool was very dirty. DONT even get me started on the rooms! There were stains all over the blankets and sheets. I had to change my room 3 times. DONT RECEMEND GOING!!!

Normally being a diamond member they take really great care of us. Not being greety but they gave me 500 points. So 2 hot nights with minimal sleep. I would still recommend cause they all have bad times and this was just my turn.

We paid $200 for a room and checked in at 3am. We were told we had to be out by 11am.... thats rediculous to charge $200 for 7 hours! Anyway, you really need to clean your rooms! Hair in the shower, on the toilet and in the floor! Thats nasty! Maybe I would expect it at a $50 /night motel, but not a $200 hotel! And I have pics. I am blonde and these are jet black. I would have left if I had any other options! Do better!
