  No even worth 1 star. Dirty! Dirty everything, dirty sheets, shower curtain, stained bathtub, loose faucet, leak under sink, no door handle on bathroom door, and remote to TV did work to turn off tv. DON'T STAY HERE! ONLY GOOD THING WAS THE RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY NICE AND CAME TO CHANGE THE DIRTY SHEETS AND HEAVILY TIPPED HER FOR DOING SO.

  Told i cant check in early even as a platinum member and then i wait and come back and told i have to wait for all the ppl that came in to check in forst before me, this hotel is a joke because the people working dont wabt to do their jobs

  I just stayed here for a night and had a good experience. The room was clean. The gym seemed decent. They have free breakfast. Parking lot was easy for a truck. The staff was nice. Overall a great experience and would gladly stay here again.

  The hot water in the bath/shower NEVER got hot. Not even really warm. 2. The bath faucet and the shower heads were both seemingly detached from the wall🤷🏽‍♂️. 3. IF the water from the bathroom faucet got hot We didn't know because by the time it got semi-warm the bowl was almost full. 4. The door to the room was HEAVY AS HELL to open AND it didn't automatically close all the way like hotel room doors do. If you aren't careful your room door could still be open. 5. We always sanitize a hotel room before we get comfortable but, other than the trash cans being empty, we discovered that the room had barely been cleaned. 6. The door to the bathroom felt very loose Iike it could lock someone in. I had to turn it up and down for it to open. 7. We were charged more than the weekend rate because of some tournament in town but the hotel was NOT packed. Best Western Plus in Ruston, La was NOT worth $470 (with all these various taxes included). 8. The clock table in the center of the two beds sticks our too far to where if a person isn't careful they can really hurt themselves on the corner edge. Speaking of corner edges, We had to move the mattress plenty to the end of the base plenty times because we kept almost tripping over the it's corner edge. 9. We DO NOT recommend staying at this Best Western location and we will NOT be staying at ANY Best Western or affiliates based on this experience.

  Lobby smelled like weed the whole time we were there, pretty sure it was people working the front desk. Room had a huge red stain on tbe floor and bathroom was not clean. The bathroom door handle was broken also. A lot of noise from the hallway and room above us. Could not get AC to reach a comfortable temp, was warm in room. Had 2 beds but only one had a blanket, the other only had a sheet. No blankets in the closet or anywhere else. I should have canceled my stay when I checked in and smelled weed. Would not recommend this hotel a all. Reached out to Best Western and all they did is say they're sorry and hope I'll stay again
